Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house in downtown Nashville that boasts open concept living with Music City vibes throughout and an unbelievable rooftop!

1st floor guest room: Twin bunk bed with Twin trundle bed + connecting full bathroom
1st floor guest room: Queen over Queen bunk beds with connecting full bath
3rd floor guest room: 2 queen beds with connecting en suite bath
3rd floor primary: King bed with en suite and walk in shower
Other options: Couch, 2 Twin rollout beds and 2 twin air mattresses

🎸Come for a bachelor party, bachelorette bash, family gathering, birthday blowout, or just a weekend getaway with friends, we got you! Our home sleeps 12+ guests comfortably, ensuring there's plenty of room for the whole gang to kick back, relax, and have some fun in Music City!
Other things to note:
- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- Parking - there is a parking pad in the back of the home, plus plenty of street parking if you need that as well.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 3 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
