By booking my place, you acknowledge the following house rules and understand there will be a penalty for breaking:
→ No Smoking indoors (please keep smoking outdoors with windows & doors shut)
→ 1 dog under 50 lbs is allowed with prior host approval.
→ No Parties or gatherings - any additional guests must be approved.
→ Please return the garage door clicker to avoid a $75 fee.
→ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am - our neighbors live here year-round.

There are security cameras in use at my place that monitor outside the entry point to the home. These cameras record 24/7 but can NOT see inside the home at anytime.
