The space
The gorgeous Western Farm Cottage Retreat is located in the center of 18 acres on the regenerative organic Legacy Farm and Ranch.. The North end contains a fully functional equine center including barn, arena and training pens. The South end contains a commercial truck storage run by the previous owner.

Host are Super Hosts with a proven 5 Star Rating ranking in top 1% of properties. We love to host and pamper guests. Farm Eggs and fresh herbs provided (2 per person)

There is a small 300 sq foot (light traffic) Farm Store located next to this property (Open 3 Days a week). The main farm (no roosters on property) is located down the road behind this home. Guests staying at the home are generally not disturbed by the low key daily activates on location.

-Property is carefully inspected/fully cleaned/videoed between each
guest
-You are staying in a rural area in the country. Although contact
bugs/snakes/lizards are rare..it but may occur. Regular pest control is
performed.
-Primary King bed is a romantic platform bed-not responsible for falls

Guest may shop for groceries off hours at the Legacy Farm Store during the stay. The store has Pastured eggs, chicken whole birds or parts, frozen berries, jams/jellies, cut herbs. We add to the selection weekly.
