This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 1 vehicle in the designated parking spot.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the bedroom.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car at the property in the designated parking spot. NO parking on driveway or in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 1 CAR AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 2 beds, there is only 1 actual bed. The other “bed” is a twin-size futon-style sofa bed.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. The driveway is shared with all units.
