This charming & rustic cottage on Lake Champlain will warm your heart with incredible lakefront sunrises and evening fires at the shared firepit on the beach. Enjoy a true Vermont getaway at this relaxing location. Close proximity to endless restaurants and shopping in Burlington, VT only a 25 minute drive away.

Spacious beach, although not ideal for swimming we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities!

The space
Private cozy cabin with two quiet bedrooms on the edge of the property, open kitchen/living room with all glass sliding doors overlooking beautiful Keeler's Bay. Breakfast nook or picnic table located on the deck for all your dining needs.
Guest access
Just steps off the deck is a large shared lawn perfect for lawn games or just lounging in the sun. Quick walk down to the beach where you can fish off the dock or just admire the wildlife.
Other things to note
The beach is not ideal for swimming, but is great for fishing etc. There is great sandy swimming beach just 10 minutes away, Sandbar State park.

Boats are welcome and each cabin is allowed one slip. Exceptions possible. Great spot for fishing, there is an access directly next to the property that can be used until about mid season with most small boats. If lake level too low Apple Island Marina and Launch is a quick 5 minute drive.

**Unfortunately, bug problems are a fact of life on the lake but we respond appropriately with pest control sweeps and diligent cleaning. We recommend that our guests turn off outdoor lighting at night as well as screen and door closure throughout your stay to minimize bug attraction.

Additional rules
It is a shared property with two other cabins on site, spaced well apart, but please be mindful of noise. Quiet hours 10pm-8am.
