The O'Brien St. Condos offer quick access to all that Whitefish has to offer! With downtown Whitefish shops and restaurants just a couple of blocks away, you are a quick walk to all the excitement while being tucked away from the traffic and noise of the main downtown streets. Enjoy easy access to Big Mountain Resort for skiing & summer activities - it is a 15-minute drive, or you can catch the free S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle. Big Mountain Resort is home to 3,000+ acres of award-winning ski slopes! The bike path entrance leading to Whitefish Lake is right at the end of the street, making for a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to Whitefish Lake's City Beach. Glacier National Park is a 45-minute drive and boasts breathtaking vistas & endless opportunities for adventure.
The O'Brien building beautifully integrates modern design with a rustic Montana aesthetic. The building has an elevator that provides access to all 3 floors. This penthouse unit has two dedicated, covered parking spaces as well as its own ski locker usable for storing outdoor gear year-round. Relax after a day on the trails, sunbathe, or unwind with your group on the shared rooftop patio - the rooftop offers a common area with outdoor kitchen, grill, seating, gas firepit & incredible views of Whitefish River, Big Mountain & Glacier National Park.
O'Brien Penthouse West is a luxurious 3-bedroom / 3 bathroom, 1835 sq ft. Penthouse condo. As you enter this expansive downtown unit, you are met with high ceilings throughout & a beautiful wood-inlaid vaulted ceiling in the main living area. The open concept kitchen & living room offers plenty of space for your group to connect and enjoy time together. The centerpiece of the living area is a large gas fireplace with beautiful custom stonework. Both sides of the living room feature accordion-style glass doors that open out to two patios with views of Big Mountain, Lion Mountain & the Whitefish River.The fully-equipped kitchen features high-end appliances including a double oven & everything you will need to create memorable meals with your group. The living area also has a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and ice machine.
The three bedrooms and baths are off the main hallway. Bedroom 1, the master suite, is beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings and a cozy king-size bed. The master suite has walk-out access to the north patio. The spa-like master ensuite features custom tile work, double vanity, luxurious steam shower & heated electronic toilet. Bedroom 2, the bunk room, has a twin over full-sized bunk bed with an additional twin trundle underneath. The bunk room also has a full ensuite with a bathtub, double vanity, and a heated electronic toilet. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-size bed with a full ensuite and access to the south patio. In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more.
