Welcome to "A Little R&R!"
Nestled in the highly sought-after community of Seacrest Beach, this stunning NEW construction beach home is the perfect setting for your next coastal getaway!
As you enter the home, you're greeted by a bright and open living area on the first floor, complete with a cozy fireplace— a great spot to relax after a day at the beach. The dining room offers a gorgeous 10-person dining table and seamlessly flows into the chef's kitchen, which features shaker-style cabinets, a sleek tile backsplash, and high-end appliances. Just off the kitchen is a stylish wet bar with open wood shelving, a wine fridge, and an ice maker.
Also on this floor is a half bathroom, the laundry room, and the first Master bedroom featuring a King bed, access to a lovely private porch, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Moving up to the second floor, you'll find a second cozy living room that opens up to a large covered outdoor living area— complete with comfortable seating and ceiling fans overhead, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze or entertaining guests! Also on the second floor are three additional bedrooms, including 2 King rooms both with access to a shared balcony, and a bunk room with two sets of Full-over-Queen bunk beds. All three of these bedrooms have private bathrooms!
All the way up on the third floor is a private escape with only the second Master bedroom, featuring a King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower.
Step outside and fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious outdoor meal!
There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, with additional overflow parking directly in front of the home as well as multiple parking pads located throughout the community.
Located just steps from the Seacrest Beach shuttle stop, it's easy to hop on and head straight to the beautiful white-sand beaches! Throughout the neighborhood, you'll find charming cafés, delicious dining spots, boutique shops, and more! Just a short walk or bike ride away are the scenic towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!
For those who love the outdoors, Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell offer birding, kayaking, and hiking, while golfers will enjoy being just minutes from Camp Creek Golf Club!

Guest access
Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!
There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right outside the home!
Other things to note -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.

The house was great it was well stocked and had big bedrooms. Have no complaints about the house other than the blinds are very thin so maybe bring an eye mask if you wake up due to light.The reason for 4 stars is the management company. I understand that it’s up to their discretion if you can check-in before 4. However, do not advertise if you can get in earlier they will let you know. We messaged at 1 and asked and said people were still getting the house reason. Then around 2:30 went by the house and no one is there and no one would respond to us until 3:45. Additionally, they never indicated we needed to fill out a form with seacrest and go by an office to get parking passes until I asked when we received a citation. I also got a request to provide additional information for a golf cart, which I didn’t think we rented but fine. There was no golf cart. They need to ensure what they are requesting from the guests is truly needed. Also, after booking I kept getting emails that I needed to fill out this form or the reservation would be cancelled in 48 hours. There was no link in the e-mail so I called and emailed and could not get a hold of anyone for a few days.

I’m very sorry for the frustration you experienced with communication and the registration/parking information. I completely understand how that would be frustrating, especially while traveling.
A few clarifications from our records, just so you have the full picture:
You were approved for early access and checked in early (prior to 4:00 PM).
The Seacrest registration link was sent via text.
Regarding the repeated emails and missing link — we did identify that an automated email blast went out in error due to a system bug, which caused those messages to be sent incorrectly. As soon as it was discovered, it was corrected immediately. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that caused.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to point this out and feedback like this helps us improve and ensure future guests have a smoother experience from booking through check-in.
