The Space:

Casa Karma Casita is a thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom home featuring king-sized memory foam beds and a spacious bathroom with modern finishes. The open-plan living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, a coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven—ideal for preparing meals at home. Step outside to your private patio, where you’ll find a dipping pool, outdoor dining area, and lush tropical touches. Modern Mexican décor, high-speed mesh Wi-Fi, and dedicated golf cart parking complete the experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to Casa Karma Casita, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, living area, spacious bathroom, and private outdoor patio with dipping pool and dining area. While there is another separate home located below the casita, there are no shared spaces or entrances—your stay is completely private.



The Neighborhood:

The south end of Sayulita is known for its peaceful, residential vibe—just far enough from the bustle of downtown to enjoy quiet nights, yet close enough to walk or ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Surrounded by lush jungle and ocean breezes, it’s the perfect blend of serenity and convenience.



Getting Around:

Sayulita is a walkable town, and Casa Karma Casita is located in a peaceful area just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants. While walking is easy and enjoyable, many guests choose to rent a golf cart for added convenience—especially for hills or grocery runs. We don’t recommend driving a full-size car around town, as the streets are narrow and parking is limited.

While Casa Karma Casita offers self check-in for your convenience, we’re always close by if you need anything. Jamie is just a quick message away and happy to assist remotely at any time. Our on-site property manager, Tony, lives just two houses down and is available for any immediate needs. We respect your privacy and space but are always easily reachable throughout your stay.
