This is a 3-unit home with complimentary shared laundry. The unit you will enjoy is on the lower level and boasts simple yet modern finishes. You’ll need to be able to do 8 or 9 stairs comfortably.
Parking is available at no cost on the street with no time restrictions.
Note: Snow routes may apply during the winter.

You’ll have access to the lower level of the home where your suite is found along with the shared laundry (complimentary).
There is also a lovely West-facing shared backyard that you’re welcome to enjoy.
