Welcome to Crooked Palm, a completely renovated coastal beach cottage with panoramic marsh and ocean views!

Crooked Palm is a stylishly decorated one level marsh-front home that can accommodate 6 guests in it's 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and two twin beds perfect for kids. All bedrooms are tastefully and coastally designed.

The bright living area boasts an abundance of windows and sliding glass doors, which showcase the impressive views. The two main bedrooms also have their own access to the back porch and coastal scenery with their own sliding glass doors.

The beautifully appointed living room is located at the back of the home and overlooks the back porch and expansive marsh views. It features a shiplap fireplace (not for use), two comfortable sofas, and flatscreen TV.

Enjoy cooking family meals in the kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances, new countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. The six-seat dining table off the kitchen is the ideal place to gather to eat. You can also choose to enjoy the sea-salt breeze and eat at the dining table on the back porch.

Crooked Palm is a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Harbor Island boasts multiple beach accesses with parking.

Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the resort pools, fitness center, tennis courts and basketball court. Crooked Palm is located in the Nautical Watch neighborhood which also has its own smaller pool for community use. This pool is conveniently located and a 1-minute walk from Crooked Palm.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
