This 62m² 3room flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift. At 10 mins walk from the beach . Fully equipped for your stay: wifi, balcony with 180° view on the bay, 2 bedrooms, AC, living room, bath, TV, fully equipped kitchen.

Villefranche port, beaches and the citadelle are all accessible on foot. You are at 25 mins from Monaco and Nice Airport. The area is fully provided with all kind of shops as well as public parking. Ideal to relax and enjoy the highest-end of the French Riviera.

The apartment includes:
• A balcony with bay view of Villefranche sur Mer, the sea and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Equipped with garden lounge and armchairs to take advantage of the sunshine.
• A bedroom equipped with a 160*200 bed with bedside tables, bedside lamps, desk, storage, full-length mirror, double-glazed window, blind and access to the balcony
• A second bedroom: equipped with a 160*200 bed with bedside lamps, large cupboards, double-glazed window, blind
• A large living room with a lounge area equipped with a corner sofa, TV, a dining area for four people, air conditioning, double glazed windows and access to the balcony with a view of the Bay
• A kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer, hotplates, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for cooking

Housed in the heart of one of the most beautiful harbors in France, whose crystal clear waters are surrounded by Provençal vegetation, Villefranche-sur-Mer is located between Nice and Monaco. Its deep waters allow all kinds of boats to drop anchor and take advantage of the mild climate. Treat yourself to a delicious getaway in the winding streets of its old town where the orange facades are reminiscent of the omnipresence of the sun on the territory of Villefranche. The warm colors of the dwellings contrast with the light shades of the often half-closed shutters, suggesting the peaceful life of the inhabitants.

You can use your car as well as public transports such as bus or train. Uber and taxi`s are also available throwout Ville Franche sur Mer.

. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 99€ per traveler.
. The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out with due care and without disturbing the neighborhood

. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you the arrival instructions
. We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by message on the platform until 9 p.m.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit
