The space
This beautiful home welcomes you into a relaxing atmosphere where you can visit, play games, or head straight out to the back yard oasis where you can relax and cool off by the pool, sip your favorite beverage or play a little corn hole. The waterfall feature is on from 4:00 to 9:00pm.

From the front porch rocking chairs to the back yard family gatherings, cherished memories are practically guaranteed. On the large back porch is a Pit Boss Kamando. Bring your favorite Lump Charcoal and natural fire starter and you’re ready for action! The chef in the family will be sure to enjoy the well-appointed kitchen. For the not-so-culinary inclined there are a plethora of popular eating establishments nearby and within walking distance.

The large kitchen has a gas range, microwave, air fryer, stocked spice cabinet, coffee and tea bar, pots, pans and dishes for both in house dinners or back yard BBQs. When it’s time to relax, there’s no shortage of entertainment options. Smart TVs with streaming capability, are located throughout the house, board games and the beach just 4 blocks away.

As you enter the house to your left is the downstairs Parlor, perfect for a quite read in overstuffed chairs, and a desk for doing a little business while on vacation.

Off the parlor are pocket doors to the master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed and its own smart TV, a walk-in closet. Step into your ensuite bathroom with an elegant walk-in shower with rain head, and a toasty towel warmer for cooler days.
Across the hall from the downstairs parlor is the living room, large enough to sit and visit, play games or watch movies.

The roomy dining room easily sits 8 for dinner or board games.

Upstairs there are two more very large bedrooms. The King room is a retreat in itself, featuring a luxurious king size bed, sitting area, smart tv, walk-in closet and vanity area.

Also, upstairs is the third bedroom featuring three queen size beds with its own smart tv. It features a walk-in closet and vanity table to ease the morning rush. This room is perfect for teens or a girl’s getaway. Many giggles have been heard from this room!

Upstairs features a roomy, well appointed bathroom designed for comfort and ease of use. This includes a luxurious walk-in shower.
In the main hallway downstairs is the guest half bath and the laundry closest with a stacked washer and dryer.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a generous supply of household items such as laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc..
Guest access
The main house, heated pool and patio area. There is a permanent resident in the garage apartment which is not accessible. The garage apartment tenants do not share the pool or yard with guests.
