This private basement suite is tucked within our quiet family townhome in West Seattle Junction and gives you exclusive access to the entire lower level.

★ THE SPACE ★
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen-size bed, a foldable desk that doubles as a small dining table, a 4K Roku TV, and fast, reliable WiFi on a private network (separate from the main home) for secure work and streaming. The walls feature art by local Seattle artists, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials. The space is designed to feel cozy, functional, and easy to settle into.

★ KITCHENETTE ★
A compact kitchenette includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic utensils (ideal for light meals, snacks, or your morning coffee).

★ PARKING ★
You’ll have a dedicated covered parking spot right next to the suite, complete with a level 2 EV charging station.

★ TRANSIT ★
Only a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The C-line bus gets you to Downtown Seattle in 20–30 minutes, which is great for work, conferences, sports games, catching up with friends, or sightseeing.

★ STORY ★
We originally designed this suite to host visiting family and friends, and their feedback helped us fine-tune everything from the bedding and lighting to the amenities we provide. It’s been vetted by loved ones, so you can expect a space that’s both comfortable and thoughtfully set up.

★ YOUR HOSTS ★
One of us has a background in hospitality and understands what makes a stay feel seamless (from hotel-level cleanliness to thoughtful touches that help guests feel truly cared for). The other works in tech and often works from home, so we’ve made sure the suite includes fast private WiFi, a functional workspace, and keyless self check-in for a smooth experience.
Guest access
Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire basement level of the home. This includes a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, workspace/dining area, and a kitchenette.

★ DISCLAIMERS ★
Please note: there is no access to shared areas of the main home, including the upstairs kitchen and laundry. The suite is fully self-contained and set up for a comfortable, independent short-term stay. A laundromat is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes away by car or bus.
