Check-in is seamless and secure, and you’ll have exclusive access to this space throughout your stay. We live upstairs and will be happy to assist if you need anything.

This unit is part of a brand new construction completed in 2023, so everything is fresh and modern. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a foldable desk that doubles as a dining table, a 4K Roku TV, and fast private Wi-Fi on a separate network for secure work and streaming. Art by local Seattle artists adds warmth and character, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials. After each guest, the suite is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaner.

The kitchenette is designed for light meals and everyday convenience. It includes a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic utensils. We also provide complimentary coffee pods, tea bags, snacks.
★ PARKING ★
A dedicated covered parking spot is located right next to the suite, making arrival effortless. You’ll also have access to a Level 2 EV charging outlet, just let us know if you need EV charging cables during your stay and we can provide one.

We chose this neighborhood because it has the perfect mix of city energy and small-town charm. West Seattle Junction is one of the most walkable areas in the city, with tons of local cafes, restaurants, shops, and a great weekend farmers market just steps away. It feels like a real community here: safe, welcoming, and full of character. We love being close to Alki Beach and having easy access to downtown, while still enjoying a quieter and more laid-back vibe at home. It's the kind of place where you can grab a great coffee, catch a sunset, and feel like a local.
