Charming Lake Raponda area 4-bedroom chalet. Only 20 minutes from Mount Snow.

Our rustic and charming chalet has 4 bedrooms & 2 baths. Enjoy evenings in front of a roaring fire or watch a show on the large screen TV with Roku for access to Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV and much more in the main living room. In addition, there is a family room providing an additional common space with another flat screen TV. Many groups, such as families with children, appreciate two separate gathering areas for different activities such as chatting, watching movies, or playing games.

The kitchen has full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster in addition to cookware, plates silverware etc. The dining area has an open layout design with the living room and you will find plenty of room for everyone at the large table

Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and two addition bedrooms each have two twin beds making the set up especially great for two families.

The deck wraps completely around the chalet. The main section in back feels up in the trees and is very private. There is plenty of room for everyone and a gas grill is available for warm weather renters.

Access to peaceful Lake Raponda is at Green Mountain Beach - just a five minute drive down a dirt road or an 8 minute bike ride from our place. The Green Mountain Beach has a lovely lawn, a nice sandy entry, and some benches and picnic tables. You can even rent paddleboards or kayaks for a couple of hours and have the them delivered to you at the lake! Or take your bike or ebike or rent one nearby. There are many wonderful trails as well as paved and dirt country roads to explore in the area.

The chalet is on 3/4th wooded acre on a well maintained dirt road that is nice and secluded so you feel like you are in a comfortable cabin in the forest, not at a hotel. It is surrounded by trees which adds to the cozy feeling and you will have the space all to yourselves. There is parking for 2 or 3 vehicles.

We provide sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows for your use. There is full laundry room with detergent downstairs.

There is a 2 night minimum for most weekends and a three night minimum for holiday weekends. There is a $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us for discounts for week long stays. We also are flexible for early check in and late check out if it doesn't interfere with other guests' arrival and departure.

For winter renters - Mount Snow Ski Resort is only 20 minutes away. Stratton is about 45 minutes away. There are also areas for cross country skiing and snow shoeing nearby.
