This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for a Girl or guys’ golf weekend or a relaxing couples escape. Just a short 5-minute walk to the water, you’ll enjoy access to Mayo Lake with kayaks ready for your use. After a day on the greens or out exploring, imagine stepping into your own private sauna to unwind, then sinking into a cozy sectional in the sitting room with a board game and good company. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit by the lake. The outdoor patio becomes your favorite spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. For a little fun, the putting green offers a perfect way to keep the friendly competition going. When it’s time to turn in, the European beds effortlessly adjust from kings to twins, making the space perfect for any group. With scenic trails just outside your door, plus Lakes Tavern a minute away and Pequot only three, everything you need is within easy reach.

-Blue Haven is not pet friendly and no pets are permitted on the property.

-For winter stays- you will need a four wheel drive vehicle. The driveway is steep. Although we do plow, salt, and sand, we still recommend 4x4 for easy access

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ A signed rental agreement and safely screening is required to book with us

➝ Dock/Water toys are installed and removed based upon season. Please reach out with any questions/concerns regarding removal dates. We try to have docks available by mid May through mid October, but the season could be shorter or longer.
-Must be 25 years of age or older to rent
