Your peaceful retreat in Markesan awaits! This marvelous 4-bedroom home offers a king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 4 bathrooms equipped with showers and bathing, your comfort is guaranteed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, heating, coffee maker a washing machine and especially relaxing in the outdoor hot tub! Guests can also enjoy the dusk nighttime by the outdoor firepit where firewood and supplies are available upon request. And, don't forget about fishing!! Little Green Lake is known for their fishing during the summer months and successful ice fishing during the winter months!

Well-behaved dogs are permitted with prior approval and a pet fee of $250 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog. We have a limit of two dogs; the fee for the second dog will be requested after booking. All dogs must be declared before the stay. Discovery of more dogs on the premises than declared at booking may result in additional fees or immediate eviction. Cats are not permitted.

Clean up after your dog using the provided bags and dispose of them in the outdoor trash can at the front of the house. Use the provided dog tie out to secure your dog at all times. There are two of them, on right by the deck and the other by the fire pit. Should there be signs of dogs on beds or furniture, or if dog waste is not cleaned up outdoors, a $100 fee will be charged post-stay.

SMOKING or VAPING is ABSOLUTLY NOT PERMITTED on the PROPERTY GROUNDS! The smell or use of these products will result in additional fees or immediate eviction.

No more than the allowed guest count on property unless approved prior to stay.

No illegal activity - fireworks, drugs or underage drinking allowed. This will lead to immediate eviction.

Peer is available for use to docking one boat but will need approval for use prior to stay.
All guests vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No street parking.

Garbage & Recycling receptacles are provided. Prior to check out all garbage and recycling must be disposed of in the proper garbage or recycling receptacles, located at the front of the property.

The property has its own well and septic. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in toilets. If anything other than toilet paper is flushed an additional fee will be charged.
