This newly built (May 2025), single-level home offers a king bed, Sundance 7-person hot tub, natural gas Blackstone griddle, central A/C, 50A EV charger, and all bedrooms on the main floor. Just a short walk to the brand-new Prairie Falls Clubhouse—featuring golf simulators, a pizzeria, coffee shop, and grocery market. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the green! Hosted by CDAstay.

- The hot tub is provided as an amenity for your enjoyment. However, in rare cases where they may be unavailable or under maintenance during your stay, we are not able to offer refunds, discounts, or compensation of any kind.

Pet policy:
- Pet Fee: $200 per pet, per stay.
- Allowed Pets: Small-breed dogs only. Larger breeds require prior approval.
- Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund.
- Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
- Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided.

For all stays a rental agreement is required. We’ll send this through messaging after booking.

This home was truly perfect. It was exceptionally well-equipped and meticulously organized, offering everything one could possibly imagine and more. The kitchen and living area were most inviting and remarkably clean. The beds provided great comfort as well. It is clear that Hannah (Host) anticipated every need. We certainly plan to return for another stay when we visit our relatives.

Hannah (host) was very on point and happy to help us with anything needed with the rental. We had no problems whatsoever and had a great stay! The house is very well stocked and cozy which was great for our family. The hot tub was a nice touch as was the heating pad leading out to the hot tub was also nice. The floor plan was very accomodating and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to couples and or families and would gladly stay there again!

The house was immaculate. Cleanest vrbo I’ve stayed in. House was well stocked. The hot tub was nice. The beds were comfortable. The view was pretty.The house was walking distance to a convenient store, bakery, golf course, and restaurant.My one complaint is that the railroad comes through often at night and the master bedroom sits right above the tracks. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine though which is very nice. We moved to a front bedroom the last two nights we were there and got much better sleep.The property manager was very kind and responded quickly.

The house was perfect for a family weekend. The kitchen was maybe the best stocked kitchen I've ever had. Spices, containers, cook wear. Chargers in the bedrooms. Very thoughtfully done. The only drawback is there are train tracks right below the house. It's very loud from the master bedroom when you're trying to sleep. But the house was so well appointed it evened out the noise of the train for our stay.

I travel often with my family, so I design CDAstay homes the way I wish rentals were: premium DreamCloud mattresses, cozy textures, and "real cooking" kitchens. Many of our guests return to CDAstay every year, and that means the world to me. These homes are meant for slow coffee and unhurried mornings—I hope your time here feels restoring.
