House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, building rules and the furniture.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
