Welcome to our adorable backyard cottage! This cozy space features two plush queen beds with crisp white linens and fluffy towels for ultimate comfort. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, enjoy privacy while being just 12 minutes from the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the airport. Explore nearby restaurants and shops in Beacon Hill, Georgetown, and Columbia City. Your private urban retreat in Seattle awaits!

• Modern farmhouse-style bathroom with shower
• Fully stocked kitchen: coffee machine with K-pods, gourmet tea, pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, and utensils
• Cozy living and dining space with charming decor
• Smart TV with Netflix (no cable)
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Washer & dryer in unit
• Pack ’n Play available (parents provide baby bedding)
• Portable AC available upon request for occasional warm days
• Access to a massive fully fenced backyard with plum, pear, and apple trees

• No unauthorized guests or parties; quiet hours after 10 PM
• No smoking indoors or within 20 ft of the property
• No shoes inside
• Keep the space clean and treat our home with respect
• Trash: sort into proper bins; leave inside if unsure for cleaners
Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in may be available depending on turnover
Lost & Found:
• Items left behind may be returned for $35 handling + shipping
• No guarantee of recovery; items held up to 2 weeks

• Mailbox access not provided for short-term stays
