Our family enjoyed our time at this Fawnskin cabin. It was cozy and clean with modern upgrades. We most liked the backyard hammock and fire pit and comfy front porch swing chair. We appreciated the attention to detail – it had everything that we needed. Close to the lake , nature walks and Discovery Center.

Charming chalet

Was a great stay! Chalet is disigned very well, you want to stay there longer. Interior is on professional level and looks awsome. Cosy and modern. Evething looks new and made with love.Area is great as well. Quit and chill, so we slept good. At least 2 parking spots is outside. We enjoyed our stay for a weekend, spent a great couple days at lake.

MOUNTAIN LAKE DELIGHTI was in Fawnskin, North shore of Big Bear Lake for 1 night. This area is so beautiful, and this home was a perfect place for me. The whole place felt so warm and inviting, from the green velvety coaches to the cozy yet chic master bedroom. There was a fabulous swing in the screened porch and seating in the backyard to soak in the stars. If you prefer to sleep under the stars, you can, in the screened bed/tent outside. It really had it all for a mountain vacation. It was a minute walk from the village store (which was great as I needed brake fluid!), and close to the lake front (near bald eagles, coyotes, heron, egrets)! Pine trees galore and all the sounds of nature. I wished I had booked 2 nights. Next time! Owner was super responsive and had such nice touches to the home. I'll be back!

This cabin is where I welcome people to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves or with someone they love.

We chose Fawnskin for what it offers and for what it doesn’t. It is quiet, peaceful, and removed from the crowds on the other side of the lake. At the same time, it is close to the best parts of Big Bear — the Discovery Center, hiking trails, off-road access points, and the lake itself.

Fawnskin has its own rhythm. You can sit on the deck and hear the wind in the trees, birds in the distance, and absolutely nothing else. It is the perfect spot for solitude, for reflection, and for reconnecting. It feels like glamping, but better. Private, cozy, and convenient.
