Other Things to Note:

Indian Palms is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.



To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• No parties or unregistered guests

• No street parking per HOA rules – max 4 vehicles in driveway/garage

• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM

• Early/late check-in/out may be available for $75 (2-hour extension)





Pet-Friendly Notes

• Pets under 50 lbs welcome with a $150 cleaning fee

• Must provide breed and number of pets with reservation

• Clean up required; leash outside; guests responsible for any damage
