Sunshine, Peaceful with the Best Views
This charming spacious apartment in our seaside town of Picton, is perfect for your escape. A relaxed dining and living room where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and some of the best views.
Roomy bedroom with separate dressing and wardrobe area, a comfortable space with lovely views to ensure a restful sleep. Amenities like well equipped kitchenette, cosy heating, high speed fast Wi-Fi, and washing machine make your stay convenient and enjoyable.
Our apartment is a five-to-ten-minute walk down the hill from some lovely cafes and restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine, shop at the supermarket, wander around some unique shops or explore the Picton foreshore. Free parking next to your apartment.
If you enjoy walking, we do live at the top of the hill so you need good medium fitness if you are walking up the driveway as it is steep, but has little traffic and well worth the walk for the great views. Easy to see why you'll be able to relax and unwind at our place.

Picton is a special place for us, we have family connections dating back to the 1800's. Our apartment is a great get-away and we love hosting our family and friends who enjoy the wonderful views, good restaurants, great places for coffee, the Marlborough Sounds and easy-going lifestyle.

We have a lovely friendly neighbourhood. Most residents have been there for many years and we all get on well.
Set high on the hill with a backdrop of trees, the apartment is the highest on the hill, private and so relaxing. We protect our environment and love the birdsong and native birds along with the views out to sea. The location is perfect to explore the Marlborough Sounds, a swim in the clear water at the beach or visit the many wineries and unique environment.

We are one of the first apartments to get the morning sun. It is amazing to watch the colours and sun rising and setting across the Picton Harbour and light up the surrounding hills and countryside. The views are mesmerising from the ferries, sailing boats and local cruisers.
