Este antiguo mas está ubicado en medio de 2 acres (6 000 m2) de olivar con impresionantes vistas panorámicas de Les Maures, la cordillera entre el valle y el St. Bahía de Tropez
A poca distancia del pueblo medieval encaramado de Flayosc con sus numerosas tiendas, restaurantes y bares.
La casa ha sido recientemente restaurada a un alto nivel con 3 dormitorios, de los cuales 2 están en la planta baja y el tercero es un dormitorio familiar en el primer piso, 1 cuarto de baño con WC, 1 WC separado, sala de estar con chimenea y espacioso Cocina bien equipada.
Terraza orientada al sur con vistas al olivar y una gran piscina privada (12 x 5).
La propiedad es muy privada, pero lejos de estar aislada.
Un entorno ideal para una familia o un grupo de amigos que comparten sus vacaciones. La piscina está situada a 8-10 metros debajo de la casa.

El pueblo: Flayosc es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la belleza de Provenza, a solo 40 minutos de los concurridos lugares turísticos de la costa. El pueblo ofrece excelentes tiendas de comida, un mercado semanal (lunes), farmacia, banco, varios bares y restaurantes, lavandería / tintorería y cooperativa de vinos. También cuenta con una oficina de turismo que ofrece excelente información sobre la zona.

Beautiful and relaxing

Wonderful outdoor space, the best pool we have had in a property. Kitchen extremely well equipped and plenty of space in the property for 2 plus our dog. Not far from the village, although best done by car in the very hot weather we experienced, as the walk is very undulating. We really didn’t want to leave and nor did doggo!

Great House in Fantastic Location

This house was the perfect 'get away from it all' place. It was peaceful and remote, though only a ten minute walk to the village. The village had all the shops and restaurants you would need, including a great restaurant called La Salle A Manger. The pool at this house was fantastic. It caught the sun all day and had a fantastic view. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

authentic Provence location

We stayed in the house with 2 children and in-laws for 14 days. Flyosc is super pretty and an authentic Provencal village with a great market and some nice restaurants, bakers, butchers and mini supermarkets. The house is quietly situated in an olive grove with a few climbs to the village. The outdoor area is spacious with a pool and boules pitch. The house has 1 toilet and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridges. We had WiFi down but the landlords took care of it quickly. However, there are a few things that also need to be said. The fact that the house is older is not the problem. We knew that... Unfortunately, the pillows and blankets as well as the outdoor furniture are showing their age. The water pressure in the shower needs to be checked. Our pool was also cloudy for a few days...but was serviced by pool attendants. The landscape, the tranquility and Flyosc make you forget that quickly. We had a great holiday and really enjoyed the tranquility and the incredible view….

très bel bâtisse dommage que l'intérieur ne soit pas soigné. les canapés mériteraient d'être changés, les literies également. le mobilier extérieur est très abîmé. Avons subi les odeurs de purin de votre voisin !!! y compris dans la maison

Jolie maison dans belle oliveraie tout de même éloignée du centre de Flayosc. Il faut être drôlement courageux pour aller acheter du pain à pieds dans une deux deux boulangeries de Flayosc. Le pain y est d'ailleurs délicieux et ce sont encore des boulangeries artisanales !! La piscine est magnifique. Une réglementation est obligatoire aux propriétaires de mettre une alarme ou un grillage autour de la piscine. Leur choix s'est porté sur l' alarme. Malheureusement elle se met en route dès que le vent se lève.(il est vrai que c'était une période particulièrement venteuse) Nous avons pu rapidement prendre contact avec la propriétaire et la pisciniste qui nous a donné l'info comment débrancher l'alarme. Sinon nous avons apprécié le charme extérieur de cette belle maison. Cependant les coqs des maisons aux alentours étaient particulièrement en forme à des heures aléatoires annonçant le début de la journée...

Heerlijke vakantiehuis. Onderhoud laat wel te wensen over

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken in het huis gehad. Het huis en de tuin zijn ruim. De keuken is heel fijn om te gebruiken. Er is volop apparatuur aanwezig en zelf hele goede snijmessen. De bedden liggen goed. Voor het huis bevindt zich het terras waar er voldoende ruimte is om te zitten. Ook het zwembad is ruim en wordt wekelijks schoongemaakt. Je hebt veel privacy en 's avonds is het er stil. Als het donker is dan kun je nog prima buiten zitten door de goede tuin verlichting. Het uitzicht is echt prachtig. Je kijkt uit over de bergen en je wordt omringd door olijfbomen. Echter is er nog best wat aan te merken aan het huis. Desondanks dat er in de beschrijving net gerenoveerd staat, heeft het grondig onderhoud nodig. Wij zagen dat de muren geverfd waren; alleen de benodigde stukken muur. De luiken, de kozijnen, het vinyl dat loslaat bij sommige keukenlaatjes, kapotte en niet werkende horren. Daarnaast zijn de vensters, de ramen en de raamdorpels vuil. Het huis is aangesloten op een septic tank. Af en toe roken we een riool lucht. De tuin is niet onderhouden. Er groeit overal onkruid en grasjes in de tuinborder en tussen de voegen van de tegels en de tegels zijn deels verzakt. In twee potten zitten nog twee kaalgevreten buxusplantjes. Ook het zwembad heeft onderhoud nodig. Ook hier groeit gras en onkruid tussen de tegels, de voegen van de mozaiektegels zijn op bepaalde plekken vuil, de bodemput van het zwembad is kapot. Er zijn slechts twee parasols aanwezig. Een vaste bij het zwembad die bij elk zuchtje wind draait waardoor je vaak niet of half in de schaduw ligt. Voor iets meer schaduw moet je de parasol van het terras bij het huis naar het zwembad sjouwen. Maar als er iets meer wind staat dan moet je ze inklappen ivm omwaaien. Ook op het terras is er weinig/geen schaduw. Rond 3 uur kun je deels onder de boom zitten, maar tot half 7 kun je niet op het terras voor de keuken zitten omdat er geen schaduw is. Al met al hebben wij echt een prima verblijf gehad. Maar wij zullen het huis niet nog eens huren

Älteres Haus in Traumlage mit tollem Pool

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage im Juni in Flayosc verbracht und die ruhige Lage, den wirklich großen Pool und die schöne Umgebung eines alten Olivenhains sehr genossen. Das Haus und Inventar sind schon älter, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. (Es stehen sogar 2 Kühlschränke zur Verfügung.) Neben dem Pool gibt es auch einen eigenen "Bouleplatz", den wir gerne genutzt haben. Begeistert waren wir von der Vielfalt an Schmetterlingen, die wir im Garten beobachten konnten. In Flayosc findet man alles, was man für den Urlaubsalltag braucht: einen Mini-Supermarkt, Bäckerei, mehrere gute bis sehr gute Restaurants, ein Bistro mit leckerem Eis. Alles in allem - sehr zu empfehlen.

Alleinlage mit traumhaften Blick, aber...

Hübsches Bauernhaus in traumhaft idyllischer Alleinlage mit großem Schwimmpool. Leider hat die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft den Urlaub getrübt. Die hochwertigen Bilder aus der Anzeige täuschen über das Alter und den Benutzungsgrad des Hauses und der Einrichtung hinweg. Somit stand die Unterkunft für uns nicht im Verhältnis zu dem hohen Mietpreis. Positiv war, dass unsere Sichtweise ernst genommen wurde und es eine umsichtige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gab.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette propriété avec une vue magnifique. L'environnement est calme. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. La maison est assez grande, avec de nombreux rangements et une cuisine très bien équipée. Le plus, son extérieur avec une grande piscine et ses transats! Nous sommes venus à 2 familles avec ado et enfants. Nous recommandons cette location

Schönes altes Haus in toller Lage

Wonderful house with amazing pool

Great vacation rental, with a stunningly large pool. The nearby villages are a bit quiet, contrary to the ones on the other side of the canet des Maures, but when it comes to the property and overall communications, I haven't got a negative thing to say. Really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend!

A Great Place

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Flayosc. You will find a spacious home with a big private pool, a wonderful terrace in a quiet and beautiful setting, and a fully equipped kitchen. A great place for a holiday with kids.

Excellent accommodation and location

Villa Oliveraie Carasse 2016 Initially we booked this holiday because we had a six month old baby with us and did not want to fly with him. What a wonderful choice it turned out to be. The farmhouse is in an idyllic location, set in a forest made up of a combination of pine trees and olive trees, which spread as far as the eye can see. This gives a feeling of privacy but without a feeling of isolation. There were eight of us on this holiday, six adults, a child of seven and a six month old baby. There was more than enough room for us all, a family room upstairs and two double bedrooms downstairs. The farmhouse also had plenty of room elsewhere so that we could be on our own or with others whenever we wished. We spent lots of time at the farmhouse. It has a spacious terrace outside, sheltered from the sun by trees, with dining tables and chairs for alfresco lunches and dinners which were enjoyed by all. There are also decent BBQ’s to use if you wish. The swimming pool, situated just below the terrace is a good size, long enough for a proper swim and deep enough to dive. Our seven year old learned to dive in this pool. The physical location is good too. It is about 45mins from Frejus which is a good beach resort. We went three times and had good days on the sandy beach. It is also about 45minutes from the |Grand Canyon du Verdon and the lake at St. Croix which are spectacular. We only spent one day there but wished we had taken a picnic and swimwear to really enjoy it. Be aware that there are no restaurants there and you will need to take previsions. Flayosc is a nice town with lots of places to eat and well worth a walk in for a drink or and evening meal. We often got fresh croissants from the local bakery for breakfast. As I said earlier, a wonderful choice and Flayosc is ideally situated to explore a really nice region of France. However, once you relax at the farmhouse, with the pool and the terrace you really won’t want to do anything other than relax, chill out and enjoy your holiday.

Beautiful setting

We have had many lovely family holidays at this property. The pool, deck and views are fabulous and property is always clean and well maintained. The town of Flayosc is a 5 minutes drive away, with two lovely bakeries and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are always daily markets to visit in the surrounding area. Further afield there are numerous lakes to enjoy and a beautiful medieval village.

Very nice holliday!

We went to Flayosc in june an spent about two weeks in Oliveraie Carasse. The pool was very nice, the house was very convenient and well furnished. The kitchen was brand new and the rest of it was recently renovated. We met Jean-Charles, who took care of the house and the garden. If there were any problem, he was there to help us. The view over the hills gave us a panorama of kilometers and kilometers... The Flayosc village with shops and restaurants was just 1000 meters away. Fantastic view

Great house with lovely swimming pool.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It was well suited for two families with a large and well equipped kitchen and the big garden. The big terrace made for some very cozy evenings by the grill with the singing cicadas in the background.

Perfect vacation!

Wonderful and peaceful villa with stunning view and luxury living by the pool. We found this place perfect for a relaxing and remote holiday. The house is well kept, spacious and comfortably cool even during hot days. The garden and the view over Provence mountain is stunning. And the pool - that's the icing on the cake that makes this a perfect vacation! The little village Flayosc is very charming and picturesque. There are plenty of restaurants which are of good quality at modest prices. We can really recommend this place if you want a relaxing and luxurious holiday!

Vill Oliveraie Flayosc

We spent a week in the villa in June this year. The house was comfortable and the garden and outside space was ideal. The pool is large, terrace quite adequate with ample tables and chairs and a marvellous view. The location close to the village was also very good. We spent little time inside the house, but the sitting room was perfectly comfortable. We were not occupying all the bedrooms, but if the house had been full the one bathroom may have been inadequate, though for us it was not a problem. The kitchen had been recently enlarged and we felt it had inadequate cupboard space for the size, though we understand this is being rectified. Overall we would certainly recommend the villa and would consider renting it again in future.

Fabulous!

This house, pool and location has everything we dream of when planning a holiday. A nice, cool house - even in July - with enough space for our party of seven "grown ups". The house is very well kept and fully equipped with dish washer, washer and all. The recently renovated kitchen has all you need and more (but, don't miss out on trying some of the restaurants in Flayosc). The pool is huge and well maintained. The location is very private, with a fantastic view over Provence, but still close enough to both Flayosc (walking distance) and other villages. Also several shady and sunny spots. depending on your preferences. This is a real gem, one of the places you come across and not being sure if you want to share it with others - or keep it as your own secret.

We spent a week at the Oliveraie Carasse, and wished we could have stayed there all summer... The large pool is very well maintained, and provides an amazing view of the gentle sloping hills of Provence. Our favorite was having dinner in the shade of the large olive tree, right off the kitchen. Even though the house does not have air conditioning, the stone walls kept the interior nice and cool. Francine made us feel very welcome at the property, and we wholeheartedly can recommend this villa, especially to families with children.
