45+ Charming 2-bedroom house in Surprise Fully Furnished and Comfortable
This home offers all the comforts and features that will make you feel like you are staying in your own home.
It is beautifully decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Newly installed courtyard wall and new shutters throughout the home. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home sleeps four, but can accomodate six with a king size air mattress in the den.
The en'suite bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom, for a comfortable night's sleep, and refreshing shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the second full bathroom is just steps away. The kitchen has all the essential items that you would need to cook, and prepare meals. Linens and towels are included. The back patio has a table and chairs, firepit, and built-in grill and refrigerator, for you to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee, dinner, or adult beverage. You might even spot hummingbirds, and a variety of other birds.
The property features amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, smart-televisions for streaming, and an in-home washer and dryer.
There is a fitness center, qym, swimming, billiards, 4 championship 18-hole golf courses, and many other activities to keep you active, offered at the Community Center.
Just bring your clothes, and toothbrush, and start enjoying your stay, the minute you walk in the door.
30 day minimum, and a lease will be required. Our personal golf cart and automobile are not for rent.

Propietario/a: Rick and Theresa
Rick and I are natives of Colorado. We both work full-time, so on the weekends we like working in our yard, gardening, spending time with our three small dogs, golfing, camping, and when we have the time, we like to come and stay in our home in The Grand, when it is not leased.
We enjoy leasing our home, and can appreciate the fact that people want to get away for a few months where it is warmer, to escape the harsh winter cold and snow. It makes us happy that we are able to share our home, and accomodate people for the winter months.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose The Grand because it is a beautiful area. When we retire, we will be sure to keep busy with all the many activities and sports offered there. It is quiet, peaceful, and close to many things. We also have friends from Colorado that live in the area, and it is fun to get together with them.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We have a corner lot, and the back of the house faces the side of the neighbor's house, and the other neighbor's patio. We like the privacy that this home has to offer, when we sit outside. We just put in a brand new courtyard wall in the front, so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake and Desert Springs Golf course. We loved the existing landscaping, and have added a few bushes and plants, to make it more private, and to attract the polllinator friends.
