Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback, Mai. We’re sorry for the circumstances of your visit but truly appreciate you choosing our place during your time in town. I’m glad the home met your needs, and we’ll continue adding more touches to make future stays even more comfortable. You and your family are always welcome back anytime.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness very seriously and have a professional cleaning completed after every stay, including mopping and sanitizing all floors prior to check-in. In this case, the guest requested an early check-in, which was accommodated before the scheduled cleaning window was fully complete. We always recommend arriving at or after the confirmed check-in time to ensure the home is in its best condition.Although the floors were indeed fully mopped and sanitized. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests and remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, our experience hosting Victor was not ideal. He damaged furniture and pillows during his stay, which required biohazard cleaning, and left food on the table, creating extra cleanup. Future hosts should be aware of these issues.

Thank you, Steve, for being such a thoughtful guest. You left the house in immaculate condition—it was so clean it almost felt like no one had stayed! We truly appreciate how respectful and considerate you were, and we would be happy to host you again anytime.
