Welcome to The Platinum Loft, a stylish and fully renovated rental in a central location.

Overview: This modern loft includes exclusive access to two cozy bedrooms, one bathroom, and a sleek kitchen, living, and dining area. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance at the back of the house. Please note, the main level is a separate rental space that may occasionally host other guests. Perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Capacity: The loft comfortably accommodates 4 adults. It includes two bedrooms—one with a full-sized bed, and one with queen bed.

Accessibility: This home is accessible with a few steps leading up the back deck and a flight of steps leading to the loft's door. Inside, everything is located on one level, with wide hallways and standard doorways for ease of movement.

Parking: There is a shared driveway; however, there’s plenty of street parking and a dedicated parking area behind the home that accommodates up to four vehicles. Please avoid blocking the driveway between the homes.

Pets: This is a pet-free property. A $150 fee will be charged for violations of the pet policy.

Trash: Trash bins are conveniently located at the front of the property. Guests are free to dispose of trash during their stay.

Heating/Cooling: The home is equipped with central heating and cooling. Thermostat controls are located on the main level which is not accessible to guests in the loft. If you're too hot or too cold, just message me and I can adjust the temperature through my phone.

Smoking/Illegal Activity: Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities and Airbnb. Smoking is allowed outdoors only; indoor smoking will result in a $350 fee. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Stay Duration: Bookings are available from 1 to 365 nights.

Building Structure: Built in 1895 the home has a strong foundation. This home has been completely remodeled and restored from a fire that took place on the previous structure of the home. Throughout the home you will notice new paint and furnishings, while preserving its sturdy original foundation.

Bugs and Nuances: While we maintain cleanliness and regular pest control, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, fruit flies, or earwigs may occur. The neighborhood setting can bring some noise from nearby homes, pets, emergency vehicles, and planes.
