Cama King en el dormitorio principal con cubierta HUGE VIEW, 2 NUEVAS camas Queen en el segundo dormitorio, un NUEVO sofá cama y 1-2 camas de lujo desplegables que se pueden colocar en cualquier área de este enorme penthouse. Cocina completamente renovada con horno actualizado. y refrigerador nuevo, y lavadora / secadora

Tenemos una gran vista del océano desde la cubierta de la sala de estar Y desde la enorme cubierta del maestro: duermen 6 -8 personas

Esta es una excelente ubicación en South Beach, puedes caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, clubes, y por supuesto a la playa.

Tenemos wifi gratis, estamos justo enfrente de la playa en 530 Ocean Dr., sin nada entre usted y el océano. Tenemos administración en el lugar, un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del sol y la diversión.

Location is the main highlight! The entrance is a bit confusing since it feels like you’re entering the restaurant in front but the beach is so close! And Ocean drive with all the restaurants, stores, and art deco gives you plenty to do! The space is large and comfortable. A few things could use an upgrade and would take it to the next level (e.g., kitchen appliances, some of the outdoor seating). Also, there is laundry available, but it’s shared and requires separate payment. Helena was always available should you need anything!

Nice place, great location.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Upside - great location and the communication with owner and property manager was proactive/good. Downside - kitchen supplies were a little sparse, and the bathroom fixtures and living room furniture are a bit worn. Thank you!

Amazing apartment- Loved how big it was and how much space we had. The private patio was perfect to enjoy breakfast and end the night. We even had a washer dryer in the place.

Perfect location. Good restaurant right below. Helena was awesome! Beach was right across the street. Room was clean and everything worked. Slept 5 guys...3 beds, a futon, and a couch. I would totally stay here again. From booking to leaving was a great experience!

It was 3 adult couples! The location was great! We were in a prime location! The actual condo was very outdated! There were no wash clothes, paper towels or toilet paper upon arrival! The the master tub was not clean

We are located in an awesome location in the Heart of South Beach right across the street from the beach. The guest did not contact us regarding these items. We do leave EXTRA towels, wash clothes, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags in the closet in the apartment and would have told her where to find them if she had asked for additional items

Loved the location! Close to everything. We walked to all bars, restaurants, and beach. Helena went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and fun. Excellent location!!

Excellent location - don’t rent a car. You can get anywhere you want to go by Uber or a short walk. Communicating with the property manager and owner was excellent! There isn’t any house keeping so bring laundry detergent if you want clean towels. One bedroom needed a fan but it was doable. We felt very safe there! I would highly recommend - just be prepared to take care of a few items on your own.

Location is PERFECT

We had a fabulous stay. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Penthouse has 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect and not stated in the listing. Deck could use new wood or maybe indoor outdoor rug/grass to avoid splinters. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person and provided information as well as a few extra towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip 2023

This was my first visit to Miami on a girls trip with family. The location was perfect close to all the restaurants and lounges and directly across the street from the beach. The furniture/rug was a little outdated but my host Helena was amazing. She allowed us to check in early because of my flight arrival time. She responded quickly to my questions and needs even stayed for a few to give us some tips to help us have a good stay. Thank you Helena I will see you again!

Great location and view - could use some upkeep

Location and views are really great. Staff was prompt/attentive, even on Xmas eve. But for the price (admittedly in peak Xmas week), I wished that the cleanliness matched the photos. The blue couch needs to be fully replaced. It looks like a frat house couch; stained. The bedding does not match the photos and appears more like barracks. Toaster and appliances look really old. Maybe partiers typically rent this place. I was there with my two daughters.

I was really sorry they had an air conditioning issue- As soon as the guest told us it was not working good we called a repairman- The air conditioner was fixed within 3 hours and I gave them a refund for their inconvenience

Needs update

Great location but the condo needs some work. Marginally clean. Furniture, bedding, bathrooms, are all very worn and tired. Condo in bad need of a refresh. The facility is overall very worn and dated. We would not stay here again.

Need better maintenance

Overall it is ok, very good location however this apt need more maintenance and cleaning. Should change to digital key because if 1 key for large group is very inconvenient .

Place is a dump! Fire alarm went off 2 nights, units filthy and no towels, soap, and stuffs broke.

First thing they told us was wear shoes on deck or you'll get splinters! Place is really dirty, crap everywhere, no towels, dirt everywhere, washer was broke, fire alarm broke and missing detectors, should have paid extra for a hotel.

Most of this review is not true................................................................ The fire alrams in the building did go off twice during their stay but that is not something that we can control. A repairman was called out to fix the alrams and they are now working. The washer/dryer is not broken- the guest did not understand how to use it. When they finally told us is wasnt working the manager she showed them how to work it. Towels and linens are supplied and the manager is available if more are needed. Although the deck is only 2 years old We are right by the ocean so the deck is weathered by the ocean salt and bright florida sun-

South beauty

Came for a girls with my daughter and nieces. Enjoyed the space and convenience. Unit had 2 1/2 bathrooms which helped. Rooms were clean and comfoRtable. Had a small issue with 3rd bedroom but was rectified quickly with help of Helena and Lucinda. Who are GREAT .! Walking distance to everything no car needed Right across the beach with breath taking views from both decks. The decks are stunning ! Restaurant downstairs is great and great taco spot down the street next to news cafe. TVs in every room although we didn’t watch anything. Busy at beach and restaurants convenient stores next Helena is helpful and great Would stay here again !

Nice condo with few amenities

Great location (although lower units are probably bothered by loud music played at restaurant next door). Quiet, comfortable, clean, overpriced. Considering the $150 cleaning fee, I find it crazy that you have to collect all your trash and put it in the dumpster behind the building before checking out. You also provide your own hand soap, toilet paper and beach towels. There is a combo washer dryer but we had no success using it. We slept 6 comfortably with one futon and 1 rollaway. 2 sofas could be used for sleeping too. Decks are nice for drying suits and towels. Parking is expensive, but close by.
