Sea-View 3BR Design Apartment with Balcony & AC – 5-Min Walk to Beach
Wake up to olive trees and views of the Adriatic Sea in this peaceful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Japandi-style apartment, located in a quiet villa community in Pomer. The 140m² home features design-forward interiors, blackout shades in every bedroom, and a private balcony overlooking the sea and olive groves.
The open-plan living area includes a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, international tv channels, and more, a high-end sound system, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, and a washer with drying rack supports longer stays.
The fully equipped kitchen features Bosch appliances, a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, blender, and all the essentials for home cooking. The dining table seats eight, and the coffee station is fully stocked with tea, ground coffee, filters, and Nespresso pods.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King bed, ensuite bath, blackout shades, mosquito net, ideal for guests avoiding stairs
- Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Two single beds (can be joined), blackout shades, mosquito net
- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs Primary Suite): King bed, ensuite bath, private sea-view balcony, blackout shades, mosquito net
Two full bathrooms include walk-in showers, plus there’s a separate half bath with washer on the ground floor. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Fresh towels and toilet paper are provided.
The private sea-view balcony offers outdoor seating and soft evening lighting. While the yard and pool are not yet completed (planned for late 2025 or early 2026), the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
Family-friendly amenities available on request: travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and monitor.

We chose it because it’s everything we love in a location: calm but connected, with breezes from the bay and the beach just a few minutes’ walk away. You can enjoy the Istrian coast without the tourist crowds — yet still be just 15 minutes from Pula or Cape Kamenjak.
From this location, it’s easy to live like a local: pick up fresh bread in the morning, walk to the water, and enjoy sunset wine from the balcony. It’s a perfect base for families, couples, or digital nomads looking to rest and reset.
