On the first floor, you’ll find a bright and open living room, kitchen, and dining area, plus three beautifully furnished bedrooms:
A master king suite with a private ensuite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet
A second king bedroom with ample closet space and access to a shared bathroom
A cozy double bedroom with a small office nook—perfect for remote work or reading
The second floor offers a private suite that includes a king-size bed, a separate living room with a sofa, a kitchenette, dining area, and a full bathroom—ideal for multi-family stays or guests seeking extra space and privacy.
Just outside the second floor is the rooftop patio, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and Sierra de la Laguna mountains. This private rooftop features comfortable seating and a grilling area, perfect for family meals, sunset cocktails, or stargazing under the Baja sky.
