Migul was super friendly and responsive to everything while we were there. Only downside that I noticed was that there isn’t a fence around the pool. The backyard is filled with the pool and unsafe for a child. The location was perfect and right near everything in town. Safe and quiet neighborhood and perfect for a small family.

Thank you Jaime for your review.Although i value your opinion Unfortunately I will not be placing a fence around my 30ft pool. I have 3 lil ones myself and 2 of them learned to swim in that pool and my youngest is never unsupervised.There are 2 decks elevated away from the pool where kids can roam.Thank you for choosing my home.Stay safe.

I love this property. The host is extremely hospitable and this house very well kept the beds are comfortable and spacious. The house is spacious. This is a great great day and anytime. I’m in Lumberton. Hopefully I get to stay here. I definitely would recommend this host.

Everything about this property was beautiful cleanliness the peacefulness the comfort everything was great, and the host was communicative, and when I reached out to him, he responded quickly. He was accommodating and pleasant, and I would recommend his place to anybody visiting Lumberton, North Carolina

Moving kid to college

Our stay was amazing Miguel’s response time was very efficient!! The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures! To top it off the pool was great for relax time! I will definitely be using this again in the future when visiting my daughter at UNC Pembroke!!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice quick stay

Our host Miguel was great about communicating with us and taking care of any of our questions. Check in & out process was a breeze. Wonderful older home with plenty of space for the family. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool during some of our down time. We will definitely consider renting again in the future.

Affordable and Comfortable

The property was in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The host provided excellent communication and hospitality! The house provided access to an affordable family beach vacation with the bonus feature of a pool that was private and well kept. The arcade was great for late night gaming and everything was comfortable and clean. We would absolutely choose this listing as a vacation spot for our family again!

The house was overall not bad. The host was plite and quick to respond. The suface clean was good bit the house could use a deep clean. There as clumps of hair in downstairs bathroom, the shower curtain upstairs had a stick flim on it and there was dust on the chair railing baseboards and the headboard in the room I stayed in. The TV's were a nice size and where in everyroom. The was a pretty cool gameing system as well as a piece of workout equipment. They were towels but there was not any wash cloths or hand towels and when I asked about it was told the stop supplying them because they would go missing. That should be something that is let known. The house slept 6 but they only had 2 coffee cups, 1 pot and 2 of the smallest fry pans to cook with and 1 pot holder and no dish towels as well as the dishwasher did not work. There was things like soap, washing powders, dish soap and coffee. And the smoke area setup outside waa nice for anyone who smokes. I also am aware the pool was not in season however it should be clean or coveres so when you are sitting on the deck you are not looking at green algae water and leafs. The yard was nice and clean and the back yard had plenty of privacy. The place was not nasty at all it just needed a deep clean.

Thank you for your review.Unfortunately we received a mediocre rating of 6/10 on your 48hr stay. The inspection of 2,200sqft home of dust on a headboard and chair, rail, hair inside bathroom is duly noted.Dish washer is being replaced but there is scrub dish pads that could be used to traditionally wash the dishes.As far as my kitchen inventory? it is more than enough and I have sat in the gazebo/smoke area a million times and one can not see the pool from there which is irrelevant since it's not in season.I apologize for the eyesore but in the weeks to come it will be crystal blue and for my guests to enjoy.(never had a pool complaint in off season).In turn,you and your company left a mess on the kitchen counter top,menstrual blood on the toilet seat,being that the waste basket was loaded with tampons i believe the red stain would be the cause,granola wrapper and crumbs in the bedroom upstairs etc.etc.This home is not a new remodel or commercial property. It's a family home i provide to help others traveling we encourage positive vibes.Thank you for your stay but this home is not for you.

The host was welcoming and had the kitchen stocked with a few essentials to help in case it was needed. Although the house itself is older it was clean and had plenty of space for a family, I really enjoyed the games, cards and large TVs available in all the rooms.
