Impromptu Family Getaway

Decided on a last minute getaway for the family to the beach that wasn’t going to cost thousands. House fit the bill. It was super close to the beach. Had some updates done. Beds weren’t super comfortable but okay for a few days. We noticed a slight smell almost like it had been smoked in prior to being a rental. All in all I’d rent it again due to the cost and proximity to the beach. We had a great time at the beach!

Hey Jessica and thank you for staying and the 4 Star Review. So to be clear, smoking is prohibited in the property. Neither I nor has any past rentals to my knowledge smoked. I live nearby and personally check on the property, sometimes before and sometimes after the cleaning service that same day to ensure that the prior guests have met rental requirement conditions. Please understand that claim to have smelled smoke, even slightly can impact my listing and mislead readers. Further, both queen sets are new, while at least 2 of the 3 single beds are new and the other is newer. The place is professionally cleaned upon departure, which includes all newly delivered linens. All beds are made and towels and such staged ready for use. Please see our Airbnb reviews if not convinced. Lastly, private non VRBO rental references are available upon request. Thank you for reading this and please come and stay, you will not be disappointed...
