Your Corbin, KY adventure just minutes from Laurel Lake begins at this 4-bedroom brick ranch located in a secluded, safe neighborhood nestled in the woods. With a total of 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 twin over full bunk beds, and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for all guests. Hardwood floors throughout all bedrooms and living areas. Sleeps 15!

This is the perfect space to share with 2-3 families when enjoying the lake or a trip to Cumberland Falls! 1 bathroom is equipped with a tub shower, which is the perfect amenity when traveling with children. And, if traveling with kids, they will enjoy the yard large enough for a game of whiffle ball or kickball. If traveling with older adults, this space is great with only one step up into the house at the front door, and no steps inside the house.

And did we mention the outdoor entertaining space? 12ft x 24ft covered wood deck sports an 8-person patio table AND an outdoor sectional with ambient string lights. This is a great space to sit and cook dinner on the provided charcoal grill. Relax in the evenings around the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Bluetooth soundbar on the deck allows you to connect to your own streaming services and enjoy your favorite music without packing a radio.

Want to hang indoors? No problem! This open floor plan allows your large party to be together in the main living space. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open! The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc... Seating for 8 is available at the kitchen table and 3 barstools at the counter.

Parking: Enough room to park your boat in the gravel driveway on the side of the house and still have parking for 2-4 additional vehicles.

Neighborhood Park: Just a few minutes' walk away! This community park also offers additional parking spots for vehicles and/or boats if needed.

Host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Provided a guide to suggested restaurants and things to do in the area. Property is beautifully curated and thoughtfully equipped. We enjoyed Thanksgiving here--six adults and two children--and were very comfortable!

Another great stay!This was our second time staying in this home and it was just as wonderful as our first. The house is spotless, very well stocked, and truly feels like staying at a friend’s place. The location is easy to get to, and the owner provides lots of helpful information with excellent communication throughout. Check-in and check-out were both simple and smooth. Highly recommend!

We loved this property and the amenities provided by the host. The fire pit, grill, and trampoline made staying in with family very enjoyable. I would recommend anyone to stay here if looking for a place around Corbin!

This property was perfect for our family. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed. The house was clean and well organized. The kids loved the backyard and firepit. Brooke was so helpful with making recommendations for us. We will definitely return to this property.

Everything was as advertised, well stocked, clean and cofortable. The back deck seating was more than sufficient for our group. Between the grill that was provided, and our Blackstone, meals were a breeze.

Felt like home! This was one of the greatest vacation homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. This place truly felt like home! It has more amenities than anyone could ask for. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and hosting your family fully stocked bathrooms Incase you forgot to pack something. The back deck was huge and great for coffee and breakfast in the morning and back on it again for grillin and chillin in the evening. The back yard is huge and a kids paradise, from the trampoline to the fire pit for roasting marshmallows! Oh yeah and not to mention it has boat parking for those who plan on going to hit the lake. Which is only like 10 minutes away! We will most certainly be back for all of our family lake trips in the future! Also don’t want to leave out just how amazing Brooke is as a host, she made everything so easy. Answered all of our questions and some! She went above and beyond to help to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable as possible! 10/10 recommend!

Laurel River Lake get away

Too Easy! And Brooke is super patient and accommodating. My 1st time using VRBO and I had many hiccups with comms and payment processing. Hopefully Brooke isnt too annoyed with me…Thanks for your patience Brooke!!The house is as seen on the listing. Clean, accommodating many people for sleeping and the back deck is so perfect for hanging out with many people. I love a covered deck and porch! We also super appreciated the grill with charcoal and chimney. We love to grill and having those items made it so we didnt have to waste time going to the store. We brought our boat, small 176, and was able to park it at the house. And the house is a short drive to Grove Marina which was perfect for not wasting time getting on the water! I might regret that statement as I can imagine this house may not be available the next time I want to go to Laurel. Overall a very accommodating house for our short stay!!

Hi! Our names are Brooke and Todd. We live in Northern Kentucky, approximately 40 minutes South of Downtown Cincinnati. We welcome you to our home. We purchased this home and remodeled it to fit our needs of enjoying Laurel Lake with friends and family! We have 3 children who are all now active in extracurricular activities and we cannot make it to the lake as much as we would like. We are opening up our home to others to enjoy the wonderful space while we are unable to. We plan to retire here when we reach that milestone!

This neighborhood is safe, quiet, and pleasant! In it's prime location, we are just minutes from Laurel Lake - High Top Boat Ramp and Grove Marina, Cumberland Falls, Corbin Arena, and Downtown Corbin!

Our property it suited for families and friends to all stay together and enjoy each other's company in one space! It is a mix of camping/boating life combined with modern amenities. With AC, showers, WiFi and a washer/dryer it is a modern version of the outdoor life with the grill, fire pit, large yard, parking and deck seating! Camping meets modern luxury!
