This recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is comfortably furnished. This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a full sleep sofa in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and create meals. Fantastic views of the ocean front from all rooms. Enjoy taking in beautiful sunrises from the balcony, watch the dolphins swim and seagulls and pelicans flying by! Relax, you`re on vacation.

Perfect Place on the beach

Loved everything about this place, the veiw was amazing, checking in and out was great. Only thing we Didnt love that you have to purchase linens for an additional 100 dollars....

Nice ocean front balcony. Our daughter loved the indoor pool. The condo and the pool area could use some updates/ improvements. But we still liked the place very much.

We enjoyed our stay. The property, the view and location were nice. The only negative was the Mongols motorcycle club convention that was going on in the area. Having bikers standing guard on every corner, with the restaurants full of Mongols carrying large knifes, was uncomfortable on vacation with kids. I assume that this was just bad timing and would normally not be an issue. There were no issues though, just a comfort thing.

I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the property, the view and the location, the balcony is definitely one of our favorite spots, especially when the dolphins come by! I completely understand how the atmosphere in the area during your visit may have felt a bit unusual, especially with kids. That was definitely a rare occurrence and not something we typically see but I appreciate your understanding that it was just a matter of timing. We’re grateful there were no issues during your stay and we’d love to welcome you back for a more peaceful getaway in the future!

It was super easy to get into our condo but it wasn’t very clean and our living room tv didn’t work. We brought my elderly father in law who only stayed in the condo and couldn’t even watch tv. It was really a shame. Also, half of the light bulbs needed replaced. The location and beach views were wonderful and we were happy to have a function kitchen.

Nice place to stay on the boardwalk. Great front desk host. Entrance was hard to find. In all the place we stayed was nice. Great view of the ocean. Parking garage was ok but small. Pool was enclosed and looked dirty. Very old looking. We didn’t get in the pool butdid visit it.

Main living room TV was not repaired after report of no function on the first day of stay. Mold existed in the single bed bedroom from obvious water damage along the inside wall and closet including the closet doors. An intent to report the mold would have been satisfied had the promised technician arrived to repair the TV.

The value is there, it's worth the money!

I have to start by starting i am tough when it comes to reviews. I allow for some minor oversights, and evaluate based on actual events.Location is great! Nice views, you can watch the dolphins from the balcony and capture great sunrises.Close to the beach, and shops. You will always have something to do!I am tough on cleanliness, and everything in working order. This could have been fine with a little more detail. Have the cleaning crew check all the surfaces, including the top of counters and refrigerators.The appliances are in need of updating, as I do not eat out, I use the kitchen to prepare high quality meals.Overall, very nice, ciukd use some updating, and great value for the money spent. I do recommend this as a place to take your family. The host was great too!
