Your dream vacation in Vera Playa: A lovly furnished apartment close to the beach, with 2 bedrooms, a large terrace with sea views and a second, smaller balcony for romantic sunsets. Located in the popular naturist complex Parque Vera 3, with large park-like outdoor facilities and 2 communal pools.

- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, stove, microwave with oven
- Bedroom with queen bed and access to the large terrace, air conditioning, ceiling fan with colored light control, large wardrobe, LED TV
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, also air conditioning and ceiling fan with colored light control as well as access to the sunset balcony
- Bright bathroom with bathtub and daylight window and light with color control
- 1 large terrace with seaview, furniture and 3 sun loungers
- 1 balcony to the side, a cozy place to enjoy the sunset
- Vacuum cleaner, iron and hairdryer
- Parking is available right in front of the house and in the surrounding area.
In the immediate vicinity:
- Beach: approx. 300 m
- Supermarkets: about 10 minutes to walk
- Restaurants, Bars and nightclubs just some minutes to walk (but not next to the building)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The vacation rental is located in a naturist area in a naturist complex. It is therefore rented exclusively to guests who respect and also practice naturism (FKK). In particular, access to the pools of the community is only permitted without clothing.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via an extra secured staircase.
The split air conditioning systems serve as heating in cooler winter months.
