Nuestros huéspedes han acordado que nuestra casa familiar tiene una vista al mar de un millón de dólares donde puedes disfrutar de increíbles puestas de sol y arcoíris. La casa está en una calle sin salida tranquila y está equipada con 120 y 220 voltios, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, lavadora, estufa de gas, nevera, microondas, licuadora, tostadora, internet, wifi, televisión por cable, se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche a la ciudad y está a poca distancia del transporte público, supermercado, deportes acuáticos Alldive y senderismo. Los vecinos son muy serviciales y amables.
La casa esta recién reformada. Tiene aire acondicionado que puede no ser necesario debido a la fresca brisa del mar y la montaña.

Very responsive and generous hosts. Appreciated arriving to find bottled water, fruit and a holiday fruit cake for us to enjoy after a long day of travel. Comfortable and spacious home with a beautiful view of ocean. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Excellent Host, Great Place

My family and I had a wonderful time. The location was great for accessing public transport and we very much enjoyed local attractions like Champagne Beach. We appreciated the property's modern amenties. It really helped us spend more time exploring and less time in the kitchen.

Fantastic View

The property was clean and secure. The view on the 2nd floor was absolutely beautiful. We had all the basic amenities in the house and everything was in working order. Our host was easy to communicate with and the neighbors were nice too.

5th Avenue, Madrelle Sept 2023

My wife and me really enjoyed staying at 5th Avenue, Madrelle. The property is in good shape with all the facilities for our use. It was home from home. The views from the porch, especially at night, were to die for. The in country manager and owner was absolutely great, they were always available to resolve any issues we encountered and answer any questions. Would stay there again.

Sunsets and rainbows

Want to watch sunsets and rainbows over the Caribbean from your back porch? Want to experience a spacious home in a friendly Dominican neighborhood? This property is a great choice! The host is a great communicator and very helpful. Thanks to him, we got a good deal on a rental car. He also helped us with restaurant and grocery store information.

Nice hood. Rai bows from the veranda.

We liked the place a lot. Nice we'll equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms 2 share a Jack & Jill bathroom and the other has a nice big bathroom w/ double sink, no waiting. The only thing that was lacking were a few spices ,so bring your own. A bottle of herbs de Provence would probably do you. .

An enjoyable stay with car required

This island is a small volcanic mountain. The rental is up hill, you need a vehicle. It has three bedrooms a full kitchen and deck and laundry. Buy spices and paper towels as there are none. If there are no towels check outside, the cleaner forget to complete cleaning. It's a great getaway and we enjoyed our stay using it as a base camp to go diving.

First class service

Even before arriving, Leonard was incredibly helpful by answering all our questions about the property's location and its accessibility to transportation and shops. It is a short walk to public transport and the supermarket. We didn't rent a vehicle and had no difficulty accessing transportation. The place was clean and had all the conveniences of home. Friendly neighbors and even friendlier roosters at 5:30 in the morning :). It was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I can't say enough about Leonard, who was proactive with communication and quick with his responses. You won't be disappointed!!!

Grande maison confortable bien située

La maison est très bien située puisqu’elle permet d’accéder rapidement à Roseau, à la section centrale de l’île ou un grand nombre d’attraits touristiques de situent ainsi qu’a la région plus au sud de l’île. La maison était très spacieuse et confortable et offre une très belle vue sur la mer Caraïbes. La cuisine est très bien équipée.

Super gelegene Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist groß, mit einem schönen Ausblick, gut funktionierender Aircon und sehr guter Wlan-Verbindung. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Man kann von hier Dominica gut erkunden. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals an Leonard, der uns nicht nur ein Auto organisiert hat, sondern uns auch bei allen anderen Fragen geholfen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spacious okafe with breathtaking view

We stayed at Joseph's place for three weeks. The property has three bedrooms and two full baths with a large kitchen and living areas. This would be a great place for a family to stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking including an oven and microwave. The hot water worked well as did the AC and internet. Working remotely here is easy. The best part of this place is the balcony. We sat out every morning and evening to enjoy the incredible view. In the morning you can watch the cruise ship come in (when they are there) and watch it go out again at sunset. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony. There is also a washer and plenty of lne space to dry your clothes. It us up a very steep hill and there is not much in the way or restaurants or a decent grocery store within walking distance, so a car us a must. Our host was incredibly accommodating and gracious and we really did feel at home.

Vermieter nicht vor Ort massiver Bohrwurmbefall in der Kueche Insekten in der Matratze nächtlicher Baulaerm in der darunter liegenden Wohnung. Strassenbauarbeiten am Sonntagmorgen direkt vor der Wohnung. Buchungsirrtum durch Vermieter.

Very nice flat in authentic neighbourhood

We had a great time in Leonards flat. You have plenty of Place and the kitchen is well equipped including spices and oil. You have an amazing view on the sea from the balcony. Leonardo was very responsive, flexible and organized a great rental car agency. Highly recommended!

From Roseau, drive south along the coast on Victoria Street for 12 minutes. You may also ask for directions to the village of Newtown and continue driving south. After the Anchorage Hotel and Dive Dominica you enter the village of Loubiere. Turn left after the 2nd. bridge going uphill. Make the 2nd. right at the big yellow house to go up the steep and narrow hill. Do not make a sharp right. Going uphill, make the 3rd right. It is the last yellow house on the right with the red roof. If you stop for directions, ask for the home of Mally Peltier Taxi operator on 5th Avenue in Madrelle. The house is across the street. Private parking spot is in front of the house.

Public transportation from the Ferry. Walk right from the ferry. Turn left at the bank and museum. The Loubiere bus stop is 5 minutes on the left across the Flamboyant Hotel. For the first time and for a few extra dollars, ask the driver to take you up to 5th Avenue, Madrelle. You may ask for the bus driver, Cyril, if he is available. Ask Cyril to take you to the home of Leonard Joseph.
