Come and enjoy this 2 bedroom villa located within Shawnee Village nestled along the scenic Delaware River. The Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania features breathtaking scenery, so many relaxing and challenging activities, charming area attractions, and warm hospitality.
The space
This spacious two-bedroom resort suite offers 1150 square feet of comfort for you and the family. You will enjoy one queen bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa bed.
The suite also provides two bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area and a patio. The suite also provides
hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, and balcony/patio

There are several villages within the resort, each with different suite styles and slightly different amenity offerings — these villages are Crestview, Depuy, Fairway Village, Ridge Top, River Village I and River Village II.
Other things to note
No elevators are available at this resort, and because of its mountainous setting, all suites have exterior and interior stairs.

Front desk hours: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Guests planning on arriving at the resort outside of front desk hours should contact the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.

At least one guest checking in must be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID and a credit/debit card for the refundable security deposit.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is seasonal, open Labor Day through Memorial Day.

Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to the posted pool sign for more information.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. The refundable security deposit is released at the time of check in. The return of the funds may take 3 - 14 business days depending upon the financial institution.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for up to four devices. Suite amenities may vary by association.
At this time, all wood-burning fireplaces are not operational. Modifications are required and will be made during the next scheduled suite remodel.
