This luxurious second-floor apartment is set within a meticulously maintained complex, offering its guests direct access to manicured gardens, a sparkling pool, and Simbithi’s community centers and restaurants.

Four spacious bedrooms, including a main en-suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ample cupboard space. The second and third bedrooms open onto the balcony’s expansive outdoor living area, while a full bathroom and guest toilet near the entrance serve the remaining rooms.
Parking:
Guests benefit from private parking in double automated garages, with additional visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Tamboti complex's visitor's parking area.
Back up power:
Coupled with all the amenities for a luxurious stay, the apartment also features a new solar system with an inverter.

Guests enjoy access to Simbithi Eco-Estate and Country Club's world class golfing facilities, community centres, nature trails and restaurants.
Each community centre features a variety of offerings from pools, mini-golf courses, restaurants, picnic areas and playgrounds.
Within the estate, the Tamboti Complex in which this beautiful ocean view apartment is situated, also provides guests with access to its communal garden and fenced swimming pool and braai area.
As outlined earlier, while our guests benefit from private parking in the property's double automated garages, additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Tamboti complex visitor's parking area.
While our guests enjoy full access to this property and its amenities, there are a few private storage cupboards which will remain locked throughout the duration of your visit. This will not hamper your visit as ample wardrobe space is available, we politely request that these locks are not tampered with.
Other things to note
It is important to note that this spectacular vacation home is situated in Simbithi Eco Estate which maintains strict access control. Guests are kindly requested to submit a copy of each guests' ID to Holiday Escapes, prior to arrival.
Tamboti is a residential complex with a lovely family and close knit community feel. Guests are urged to please respect the home and its neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during the complex's set quiet hours.
Given that this home is a private place of residence, there is a very strict "No Parties" policy which extends to ALL functions such as baby showers/hen or stag parties or luncheons etc. Guests are urged to reach out to Holiday Escapes with any special requests which they may have so that permissions may be granted from the home's owner, if acceptable.
Cleaning services can be arranged in accordance with guests requests at a nominal, additional cost. Daily services are priced as follows:
Monday to Saturday: ZAR 300.00
While we adore fur-babies, this vacation home is unfortunately not pet-friendly.
