Spectecular view

We enjoyed 2 fabulous weeks in 4 generations from 1 year to 81 years of age. The villa was apparently originally built for private use at a time, when spectacular properties like this one were available. We had a very friendly and helpful contact with the janitors - and the owners in the background arranged everything to our delight. Thanks for very joyful family holidays. Martin

Spectacular location and views

The property location and views are outstanding/spectacular. Had a few initial issues. Most of them were handled promptly. We had no internet for the entire stay, but that was out of the owners control. I felt the villa really only has 1 shower. To me, a tub with a sprayer on the wall and no curtains to contain the water is not really a shower. Stefano, the property manager busted his ass to get the heat going and take care of a couple other small issues. He was very pleasant and informative as well. He is an asset to the property. All in all a great experience. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic view!

Stayed with family of five, to get away from the touristic hustle and bustle of the city. We had a very relaxed stay, welcomed by a very friendly and helpful David, who supported us with directions and go-to places around town. Loved the beautifully landscaped garden, with different terraces and patios to soak in the fantastic view. Check out the sunset beyond the old castle just within 5 min walk from the villa. I had a great morning walk from the house into the mountains, and saw a number of serious cyclists along the way. The beach is 15 min drive, and there is plenty to do around town. There is a good supermarket also within 15 min drive so we had lunch on the terrace with some gourmet take outs as well as some home cooked dishes. The kitchen was cozy and easy to use, so our kids were able to help out. The kids loved the play area in Forte dei Marmi and shopping was fun in Pietrasanta. There are so many great restaurants in the neighborhood, but our favorite was the pizzeria just down the hill overlooking the view. The master bedroom was very spacious and also had a wonderful view. My favorite was the classy master bathroom. The kids had their privacy in their own bedroom, and they had some downtime in the living room after dark to read and play while we enjoyed aperetifs on the terrace. Overall a great place to unwind and get away. Also great for morning yoga!

Eine traumhaft schöne Lage, ein traumhaft schönes Grundstück, der Blick über die Ebene und das Meer von Elba bis Korsika, ein gepflegtes Haus, eine sehr nette und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin, unkomplizierte und pünktliche Übergabe, schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen oder Problemen, ... wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und kommen wieder.

Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuer des Hauses, Alessia und Alessandro. Sie haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es gibt keine negativen Eindrücke.

Erleben und Geniessen

Der Gesamteindruck wahr sehr gut. Rund um das Haus hat es schöne Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Sei es auf dem Rasen oder auf der grossen Terrasse. Das Haus ist sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer bieten einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und ist tip top ausgestattet. Küchentücher, Handtücher sind genügend vorhanden. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist hervorragend. In kürzester Zeit ist man mit den Rennrädern am Meer oder in den Bergen. Die nähere Umgebung lädt auch zum Wandern ein. Das Meer erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Die Städte wie Pisa, La Spezia, Lucca und Florenz ist über die Autobahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Pizzeria unterhalb des Hauses ist eine sehr gute Adresse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaus - sehr empfehlenswert

Ein perfektes Traumhaus, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Details siehe andere Rezensionen. Als zusätzliche Infos: die Pizzeria unterhalb (Hanglage) ist lecker und bei Einheimischen sehr beliebt. In einer Woche gab es vier Geburtstagsfeiern. Zwischen 22-1 Uhr kann es auch mal etwas lauter sein, wenn man schon im Bett liegen sollte. Ars vivendi! Wir haben uns öfters etwas geholt und auf eigener Terrasse genossen. Da die freien Strandabschnitte eher klein sind empfiehlt sich die italienische Art: ein Platz im Bagno mit Liegestühlen, Liegen und Schatten (z.B. 60,-/d). Stefano war nicht nur hier sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen. Man hat, wie beschrieben, eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer, eine Burgruine und die untenliegenden Dörfer. Im Dunkeln ist der Ausblick auch sehr schön auf das Lichtermeer der Küstenregion. Die Ferienwohnung und auch die Küche waren sehr schön ausgestattet. Alles war da. Auch Spülmittel, Wasser, Gewürze. Der Strand war in 10 min zu erreichen und durch die recht zentrale Lage kann man gut Ausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca oder auch die kleinen, schönen Nachbarstädte wie Pietrasanta unternehmen. wir hatten in Stefano immer einen Ansprechpartner, der sehr hilfsbereit und fachkundig war. Alles in Allem wirklich wunderbar und ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen. Andreas Völsch

Very good place

The place was great. It's hard to list all nice things about it but, 1) the view 2) the house itself 3) no problem renting on the side of improvements (by no means did it affect my stay badly), the mattresses in the room with two single beds could be a bit better (firmer). I stayed in the house with 4 other adults.

This was the perfect spot to stay for a long weekend to have a break during our city trip in Italy.

In this very well decorated house where you immediately feel at home you have all the comfort you need. Although it was early in the year, we already could enjoy the warmth of sunshine in a cosy corner at the terrace. We also have enjoyed a nice walk in the neighbouring hills. And thank you again David for the warm welcome you gave us and the help to make the right decisions for our daytrips.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at Annejet and Renzo's place over the Christmas holiday. Even in December we could still enjoy the veranda and terraces for lunch. The view is absolutely amazing. We made a lot of excursions in the area and visited Pisa, Florence and the inlands of Tuscany. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I can only imagine how great this place must be during the spring and summer. We will definitely be back!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Bereits vor der Anreise waren wir schon bestens mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt und bei Ankunft stand ein Willkommens-Paket (Wein, Wasser, mit den nötigsten Grundnahrungsmitteln gefüllter Kühlschrank) bereit. Das war ein Gefühl, als ob man bei guten Freunden zu Besuch ist, die sagen: "Schlüssel liegt unter der Matte, fühlt Euch wie zuhause", einfach schön und sehr entspannt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, egal ob Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, usw., alles da (nicht wie in vielen Ferienhäusern, wo man seinen halben Hausstand mitbringen muss)! Alles sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das großzügige Grundstück (nicht einsehbar) ist topgepflegt. Da merkt man, dass die Eigentümerfamilie hier selbst regelmäßig Urlaub macht und es eben schön haben möchte. Die Lage: Wie im Hollywood-Film schaut man nachts über das Glitzern der Stadt hinaus aufs Meer, der Hammer! Das Haus ist komplett von Terrassen und Balkonen umgeben, das heißt, man findet immer ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen, ganz wie man möchte. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von max. 15 min überall (großer Supermarkt, Strand, Forte die Marmi, etc.). Die Bilder geben es nur unzureichend wieder, in natura ist es noch besser! Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in "unserer" Hollywood-Villa und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder, hoffentlich auch mit einem persönlichen Kennenlernen!
