While you won’t catch sunsets from the terrace, both bedrooms offer ocean views and a front-row seat to Holbox’s breathtaking sunsets. Each bathroom is stocked with personal care essentials, and the entire apartment is equipped with A/C and high-speed Starlink WiFi (50 Mbps) for remote work or streaming.

Guests enjoy access to a tranquil shared pool with sun loungers, surrounded by palm trees and island breezes. Whether you're here to relax, reconnect, or explore, this is the perfect place to unwind.

Located just a 10-minute walk from the bioluminescent lagoon and a 30-minute beach walk or quick golf cart ride from the town center, you’ll be surrounded by birdsong, sandy paths, and the untouched charm of Holbox.

🐾 Pets
We love welcoming your furry friends! Our pet fee is $50 USD per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Just let us know in advance if you’re bringing your pet.
To keep things cozy and clean, we kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture.

🚭 No Smoking
For everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the terrace, or in any shared common areas.

🎉 No Parties or Events
We’re all about good vibes and relaxation. Large gatherings, parties, and events are not allowed in the apartment or around the property.

🚽 Bathroom Etiquette
Holbox is a delicate eco-island, and this property is connected to a septic tank system, which requires a bit of extra care.
To help protect the island’s environment and avoid plumbing issues:

Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, or any other objects down the toilet.

A wastebasket is provided for all paper products—it’s cleaned daily.

Please avoid pouring oils or harsh chemicals down any drain.

🌙 Quiet Hours
Rest is sacred. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During this time, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum—no loud music, shouting, or disturbances—so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

🏊 Pool Guidelines
Our shared pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To ensure it’s enjoyable and clean for all:

Shower before entering the pool—this helps keep the water fresh for everyone.

No glass containers in or around the pool.

No food or drinks inside the pool.

No smoking in or near the pool area.

Please avoid entering the pool if intoxicated.

Children must be supervised at all times.

🧖 Towel Etiquette
For aesthetic and safety reasons, please do not hang towels or clothing over the balcony rails. Towel racks and hooks are available inside the apartment.

🔔 Important
Non-compliance with these rules may result in a fine of $5,000 MXN or more, depending on the severity of the violation.
