While there is a lift in the building, guests are still required to climb approximately 25 steps to get from the parking area to the building's reception area where the elevator is situated.
From the reception area, there are approximately 20 steps (separated halfway by a landing) to the 2nd floor of the building where this apartment, No. 5 Marginella is situated.
The elevator does not work during loadshedding and power outages.
