Summary:
This lake view unit is light and bright!The kitchen offers a standard drip coffee maker with a reusable filter. Sink into the sofa and take in beautiful Lake Tahoe as the gas log fireplace warms your nights. Designer bedroom has a King bed for complete relaxation with a 34 inch HD TV. Plus a stack-able washer & dryer ! Living room has Queen Air Sofa bed and 55 inch UHD Smart TV! The patio has a table, chairs, and electric BBQ Grill!

The Space:
Whether vacationing in the townhomes or the tower, you will enjoy furnished accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, wireless internet access, HBO/cable, VCR/DVD players, patio furniture and barbecues, as well as a starter set of paper products.
Guest Access:
Amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home and is open all year along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes lakeside tennis courts and a pier which is great for fishing, swimming or picking up your guests from your boat.
The Neighborhood:
Brockway Springs is located the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This area offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. On-site our Recreation Area has two tennis courts, a year round heated outdoor swimming pool*, fishing and boating pier, a Lake view clubhouse, coed sauna (bathing suits required) and a fitness room. Your vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week or month away from it all.
Getting Around:
We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!
There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.
Other Things to Note:
There is a two vehicle limit for this unit.
Interaction with Guests:
Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm
