Welcome to the Parkview Pearl! This newly renovated 5-bedroom oasis is perfect for family retreats or groups traveling who need both space and privacy. This pet-friendly abode can accommodate up to 10 guests. Guests will find two King bedrooms and one queen on the main floor of the home, and two queen bedrooms on the second story.

Enjoy the amenities of a hotel, with the comforts of a home! Features include a fully-equipped kitchen, deck with grill, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Highly desirable location, 5 minutes from Parkview Regional Hospital. Modern amenities like central AC, Roku TVs and on-site W/D. Ideal for long-term stays and groups! Kids' accommodations including pack and plays and/or high chairs can be provided upon request. With a prime location near all local attractions, this cozy and pet-friendly haven awaits your arrival!

We provide a welcome package of essential amenities to get your stay started comfortably! This includes toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and basic cleaning supplies. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
