Wonderful condo

Perfect for family

This apartment was the perfect layout for our family of four adults. It was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The view of the beach is nice and the location is very convenient. We would want to stay there again if we return to the area.

Awesome stay!

First time to Dauphin Island but not our last. Condo was great, super clean and right on the beach. We plan on going back next year and staying in the same condo. Beds were a little harder than what we prefer but everything else was awesome! Thank you.

Condo was very spacious and perfect for us! Everyone had their own space! View was beautiful! We had everything we needed for our stay. There was even extra beach toys in the outside closet. The condo overlooked the pool which was great! This was our first time visiting, but we will definitely be back! The building is small and I loved that it wasn’t difficult getting to and from our condo. Be prepared to walk to the beach, it is faaaar!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our four night stay. Plenty of space for 5 adults and one child. A huge plus was finding a place where each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Our favorite part about the location was that we were able to watch the local fireworks show from the balcony and that the beach was not as crowded as other spots we’ve visited along the Alabama coast.

Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year in a row staying at this complex. This unit was below par due to a few things. Couldn't open the front door because of sticking, the mattresses on the bunk beds where still in the shipping bags (uncomfortable and is it legal?), and the carpets needed cleaning. It also did not have any decorations on the walls making it feel that the owners either didn't care or they where just out for the rental income. I will definitly not return to this unit.

Poorly equipped unit, great complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy, smooth rental and checkin/out. Cookware was old, flaking Teflon that I didn’t want to use due to health hazards. There were many items that I’ve always had in other units that weren’t available in this one. There was no 9x13 pan which is a very standard item to have in a kitchen, there was also no muffin pan. There were off things all over that needed maintenance attention like, the toilet paper holder in master bath kept falling off the wall, the microwave light needed replaced you could hardly see while cooking without one. The curtains would fall off the hangers when you tried to open or close them in master bedroom and living area.

Reviewer Comments: We love beachfront rentals and have stayed in this property several times and loved our condo but we were not very happy with this condo. The beds were not comfortable and the room with the bunk beds had some kind of plastic on them and it kept waking our grandkids up every time them or their parents moved! The master bedroom had no headboard and the bed was almost sitting on the floor and so uncomfortable. Not decorated hardly at all like others we have stayed in and hardly any dishes or glasses to use at all! Other condos we have stayed in have chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids and adults to use but not this one it barely had furniture and actually had a frame with no picture lol and hangers on the walls where pictures were removed! After the beautiful one we stayed in last year we were very disappointed! Love your property but will not stay in this condo again or recommend it to anyone!!

The master bathroom toilet tissue holder was barely hanging from the wall. The middle bathroom towel holder was the same. The bedroom with the bunk beds were unbearable to sleep on......the plastic over the mattresses was horrible. We loved the island and the people were friendly and pleasant. Overall a wonderful experience and stay!! Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful 3 bed, 3 bath unit could comfortably sleep 9, right on the beach, beautiful view. Nice heated pool, we’ve stayed with this management company many times in the past, very accommodating. The beaches here are not crowded, and the Esturiam on the Island gives you a chance to pet live stingrays! The kitchen in this unit was not as well equipped as some but it was OK. Run down to Bayou LaBatre for groceries and the world’s best poorboys although the place directly across the street is good too and has GREAT BBQ & fried pickles.
