Deluxe Aircraft Hangar Mid-Mod Design Next to Smoky Mountains!

Getaway to our redesigned aircraft hangar adjacent to the Smoky mountains and be right next to our working flower farm! Terminal 1344 is a 2 bedroom open loft space that once functioned as an actual aircraft hangar! We worked to maintain the original character, keeping it modern yet cozy with warm mid-century decor + open ceiling layout!
This space boasts an open floor plan with 15 foot ceilings and plush and cozy king and queen size bedrooms. There is a large parlor and bathroom space for getting ready. Our open kitchen features every appliance and bar tool you could need to make a meal or prepare cocktails with your guests. Perfect space to entertain or hang out as a family!
Feel free to settle in to the sofas and enjoy your favorite Netflix/Amazon
shows. Or go outside and enjoy the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains, across our own flower fields and onto the private airstrip that is adjacent to our property. From time to time you will actually see our neighboring pilots taking off or landing with their aircraft.
Feel free to explore our 6 acres of property including a pond, fire pit, outdoor pavilion and our professional flower fields where you will see the team cutting fresh flowers daily! We offer flowers for sale seasonally at our farm stand if you would like to take some flowers home with you! We can't wait to show you our little slice of heaven! Just ask! We LOVE to give tours!
The property is completely hidden from all streets and the surrounding neighbors by our bamboo forests. It is a wonderful venue for those who desire privacy.
Five of our pups are routinely playing outside so you may encounter a furry greeting crew that is very eager to meet you! Please let us know if you are traveling with small children. The pups LOVE children but sometimes the swirl of wiggly fur is a bit too much for little ones. We will try to bring them indoors before you arrive.
We are conveniently located 30 miles to Knoxville & Great Smoky Mountains National Park. McGhee Tyson Airport is just 10 miles away!

We loved our stay! The grounds are gorgeous, and the beautifully reimagined aircraft hangar is such a unique place to stay. The inside was impeccable, with so many thoughtful touches. Our host was wonderful, and the pups were the cutest! The location made it easy to explore both Knoxville and the Smokies. We’d happily stay again.

Beautiful property and very clean house. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We came in town for the tail of the dragon towing a fairly large enclosed car trailer and there was room for parking and getting turned around. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!Side note: If you are an animal lover you’ll get plenty of love from the dogs throughout the day! They are friendly and love pets!

Absolutely loved the hanger ! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The beds are comfortable you didn’t want to get out of it ! It was very relaxing to sit out by the fish pond and also take walks around the flowers . The dogs are very friendly and well behaved .They would come to the hanger everyday to say hello and visit ! We will definitely come and stay again !Bart & Leverne

This is a super cute, well appointed apartment! We only got to stay one night, but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the very comfortable beds and living room seating area as well listening to the birds in the trees outside and meeting the family fur babies! Dean was a super host, accommodating, and friendly.

Chose this property as a “cool” place for me and my 17yo car/motorcycle-loving son to experience Tail of the Dragon. Great location for that, SUPER clean, fun decor, VERY comfortable beds. Had everything we needed!

Very nice place to stay. Cool little Air B&B to stay at. They have some fur babies that come to greet you or come to the door to look in on you. Will go back again if we are going in that area. Not far from the Smokey Mountains.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place was so wonderful. The owners were so nice and inviting! The property is beautiful. The hangar was very clean, smelled wonderful, and had about anything you might need. Their dogs are also wonderful and greet you when you get there with tails wagging! I highly recommend staying here!

Very cute and unique property that was clean and well stocked. The host was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. Enjoyed our stay at the property. Fun aviation theme was well kept and clean. Dean and Adrianne were great. We went to Bronco Off Roadeo for the weekend. Property was a 15 minute drive to the Bronco Off Roadeo site. Perfect for our weekend plans. Thank you.
