The Space:

This beautiful South Park retreat has been fully remodeled from top to bottom in en-vouge style and has a beautiful bohemian spirit you can feel as soon as you walk through the door. From the generous bedrooms and gourmet kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and sunny patio, your next getaway, work trip, or family vacation will be one to remember.



The living room is the heart of the home, filled with natural light from the gorgeous bay window. Here, you can relax and unwind on the soft leather lounge, stream a movie with access to streaming apps on the smart TV, or read a book by the window with a warm cup of coffee.



Stock up on supplies at Target, which is only an 8-minute walk away, and then cook up all your family favorites in the modern, galley-style kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could need.



The small dining table by the kitchen is perfect for a quick breakfast. Then, enjoy meals with the group in the elegant dining room, which offers a beautiful banquet-style table with chic bench seating on each side.



If you’re looking for comfort, the cloud-like mattresses in each of the three bedrooms will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! The master bedroom features a luxe king bed with its own lavish ensuite bathroom, bedroom two has two queen beds, and finally, bedroom three sleeps up to six guests with two twin over full bunks.



Along with the spa-like master ensuite, a second modern bathroom comes stocked with quality hotel-style amenities, plush towels, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find a free laundry for your stay with a stacked washing machine/dryer and complimentary detergent to get you started.



Step out the front door and into the sunny landscaped patio, which gives you a private oasis. The best way to get around is by car with free driveway parking for one vehicle included with your stay or take the bus with a stop only a 4 minute walk away. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night. When you visit Downtown San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic trolley is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles. Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the city.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished house! This house is stocked with bath towels, hairdryers, Irons, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner.
