About this space
Relax and unwind at this newly renovated family, friendly 2-bedroom 5-bed, upstairs-home with private entrance and large backyard . (2 separate dwellings, Downstairs can be rented separately or together depending on availability) . In addition, there is a modern 32 foot camper/trailer that sleeps up to four people also located on the property and available to rent when available . There is plenty of free parking for your Vehicles, boats/ snowmobiles. You can enjoy nearby store/deli, pub, boat-launches, and trails. Conveniently located just minutes from Sylvan Beach. Free Wi-Fi with two smart TVs.
The space
You will have private use of the entire upstairs rental with a secured private entrance with a balcony/deck overlooking the backyard and beautiful sunset . You will have a personal barbecue pit and fire pit with chairs and picnic table. Large parking lot with plenty of room for your boat/snowmobile/ATV trailers. Great location just a short walk to Oneida Lake, nice neighborhood, pub, small grocery store/gas station located right next to the snowmobile trail.
Guest access
This is a two family home and we do rent out upstairs and downstairs separately and together when available. The backyard and parking lot is a large shared space . You’ll have a private balcony overlooking the backyard with a view of beautiful sunsets . And you will have access to your own barbecue pit and fire pit with chairs and a picnic table, in a spacious designated area located at the bottom of the stairs.
Other things to note
There is one exterior security camera installed above the entry door and one exterior security camera in the parking area . This is a two family home with two separate rentals, one upstairs and one downstairs they can be rented separately or together when available.
An additional cleaning fee will be added for stays longer than 2 weeks, for each week extra.

Be sure to return the Sylvan Beach parking pass to the kitchen counter to avoid replacement fees. Do not remove towels, linens, dishes or any essential amenities from property.
Message the host to confirm when you check-in and to confirm when you check-out. No climbing on roof or porch rails. Please be respectful and do not disturb the downstairs guests or any neighbors.

This upstairs rental, is a hidden gem in a peaceful family, friendly neighborhood with a country setting and large backyard with sunset views. Close to Sylvan beach resort, snowmobile trails, southern and northern hunting tiers. Walking distance to Oneida Lake,neighborhood pub,, North Bay, minimart, grocery store, gas station and North Bay fireman field.

This charming property is located very close to Sylvan Beach resort area and just up the street from Oneida Lake ,it’s the best of both worlds in a country setting with large yard sunset views ,large parking area, and in a peaceful, relaxing family, friendly neighborhood, walking distance to North Bay country store and Kelly’s pub. Only 20 minutes from interstate 81, New York, Thruway,Oneida and Rome and only 40 minutes from Syracuse and Utica.
