This Cottage has 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed - and a twin bed in the living room with beautiful breath-taking lake views out the window.and a relaxing living room with an additional twin bed, this space is perfect for a small group looking for a soothing getaway. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and heating, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Parking for 3 + vehicles. Fishing Doc and beach swimming area. Lots of paved streets to walk or run. Bring the golf cart or mule to ride the roads. The views are beautiful.... Your stay at this charming Lake Cottage in Riverview Forest Lake Community will surely be a memorable one. There are several public parks and boat ramps near the property. Listing was for a trailer park home. Don't be fooled by "gated community" it had a gate but it was broken and off to the side. We never got out of our car.

Where do I begin...Well, the logical place would be Ms. Sabrina. She has been the best Host we've ever had, simply stellar. Communication was quick and kind. You know how some Hosts converse with you like your bothering them, like they're doing you a favor by responding? Not Ms. Sabrina at all. Like an old friend.The property: the pictures tell you everything, there's no lies. Is it an older single wide? Yes. And it has its share of idiosyncrasies, however, the interior has been refurbished and everything is fresh and clean. Didn't see one single bug, or any indications of bugs either. It is Country Chic inside... the house is adorned with a variety of charming country artwork and trinkets. The kitchen is more than fully stocked, it's like stepping into your own. Can't imagine you'd need anything that isn't already there. Pots, pans, utensils, you name it. Newer SS appliances, newer A/C, fans galore. The water is HOT in the outside shower and is amazing, must do. The porch has numerous seating places to enjoy the view and relax, and even a spray bottle if you get hot.Firewood, floor mats at every bed, there were even a couple of feminine products just in case. She's, literally, thought of everything. If you're hoity-toity city folk, move on. This isn't your place... don't waste her time by not even "getting out of the car". It's casual, fun, clean, private, and feels secluded, even though you're in a neighborhood. Great couple retreat or small family getaway.GO!
