Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.

No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day). **Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. Please take not the bunked bed are limited to young adult under 100kg.

Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space.

Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don`t bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.
The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).
The base price offered is for a limited number of guest, please check the lisiting details. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guides and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit if applicable). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
A security refundable deposit is required to be paid by credit card , according to channel policies.

Great location! We loved the balcony overlooking St Denis with views of the mountain. Beds were comfy. The place is well furnished.There were many small inconveniences. These are no big deal, except that the property was one of the more expensive listings. It was not a luxury stay. The bathroom smells awful. Likely a musty washing machine. Kitchen is not supplied for cooking. There are not enough drinking glasses given the number of beds.There was a pile of junk on the back balcony. We were instructed to take our trash/recycling/compost out to the laneway in back. The compost had not been put out / collected in some time. Pretty gross.Check-in information was factually incorrect. There was no building with the address given. The entry instructions had the wrong code. The person corresponding with me did not have the correct information. They told me to press "enter" but there was no 'enter' button on keypad.Overall, great location. Nice apartment. Poorly managed and/or over priced.
