We can't say enough of great things about this property!!! Bill and Jan have thought of all needs and everything you need for your stay was available. They communicated when needed and responses were quick. They cared!This property is in a great location also. It was easy to go to Telluride, San Juan mountain range, Durango, downtown Farmington, Four Corners and close to grocery stores/shopping/recreational areas. The pool and hot tub are great areas for family gathering.I would definitely recommend this property if traveling to Farmington. It is a 5 property and we will return!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house! We used Farmington as a base for all the adventures we went on in the 4 Corners are! It was so nice coming home to this great house! The kids loved the pool table, loved the air hockey table, and the hot tub! The adults enjoyed sitting outside on the patio! We had great communication with the owners whenever we needed to get in touch with them! 10/10 would recommend!

House was stocked nice with supplies. The host is very responsive if any need arises. The pool table, air hockey, movie room, and outside area are great fun for family gatherings. We would definitely book again.

This property appears to be recently upgraded. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The host was very responsive and courteous. Definitely recommend this place for your stay.

This is a property that is perfectly equipped for any family of any age group. From ADA approved access, to the perfect entertainment environment for small children! There is literally something for everyone to enjoy about this home away from home. The only problem is telling everyone the visit is over and we must now return to reality! This is definitely a repeat spot for our family!!!

The pictures of the property was a great representation of the house and it's amenities. Simply put it was OUTSTANDING! The host was very thorough, approachable and quick in response to questions. From this location, you can access golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. We cooked on the grill and stove, and enjoyed our dinner on the 8 person table. From there we explored the Aztec Ruins, Four Corners Monument and Chaco Canyon National Historic Park. An indelible memory for this family trip! Thank you so much!

We all had the best time. Great place to spend Quality family time together. Everything you need is right there. We Definitely will be back next year. Also everything is only 10 minutes away from the location.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. There were so many the thoughful touches that made the rental feel like home. There was so much for us to enjoy in the home that we stayed out much of our time. But when we need to get out there easy routes to town for all our needs and to Aztec and the San Juan.

The owners of the property provided virtually everything outside of food and drinks anyone could ask for. A lot of thought was put into stocking the property. If you forgot something, it was there. There were so many amenities that we couldn’t even enjoy them all. Will definitely stay again.

This property is top notch!!! What we viewed on line was exactly what we saw when we arrived at the property, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The Kings definitely provide an oasis for thier guests! Not one detail was missed from the popcorn for movie night. The gameroom with various activity choices. My 7yr old daughter is now a ice hockey pro! The swimming pool was definitely hit for the big kids also. I saved the best for last the decor was perfect!We have never seen such beautiful light and fan combinations!! We will recommend this location to our family and friends.

We had our family there with one six year old and a 72 year old and it worked out perfect! We enjoyed our stay. We sit in the pool area but it rained both days we were there or we might have swam. Ha ha. We did use the hot tub and all was great with the house! Thank you

This location was great! Quiet circle, with space that easily got our 7 adults. The owner was very helpful and responsive even to small questions and requests. I would recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy Farmington and spend family time.
