The house was a comfortable place for 3 generations to stay for a local family wedding. We would definitely go back if we need a place in the Newfound Lake area.

The property is brand new! Great layout with rooms and bathrooms. Would highly recommend this property and location. My twin daughters lived being in the room that had multiple beds and being across from hall from my wife and I.

This cottage was a wonderful spot for a visit to Newfound Lake. The space was clean and quiet! Our hosts were very responsive to questions, made great recommendations for the local area, and even made s few forgotten items abailable for pick-up after our stay. Would definitely recommend this spot to others and will stay again when we"re back in New Hampshire!

Had a great stay at this Newfound lake cottage… It’s a brand new home with great amenities, quiet woodland setting.I was here for the muzzleloading hunting season, and definitely will use it next year.It has beach access, which would be great to use in the summer, as well as sunsets across the lake.

The rental felt very new and clean. The common areas were open and well lit which was perfect for our group to hang out and play games. The number of beds and bathrooms were very convenient for our group.Communication with the owner was phenomenal and helpful. The house supplies were well stocked and great for our cooking.

Best property we have found after 5 years of booking in the Bristol / Newfoundlake area. Very clean, plenty of space. 3 FULL bathrooms is amazing. A/C was very welcome during heat index values of 102. Included beach area is a little hard to find (Face Main Road, Turn Right, Cross road - Go over bridge - Keep walking through Wagon Wheel parking lot. Facing the lake, beach is to right of that "wagon wheel" (DONT try to find wagon wheel on GPS/google, its not there) hotel looking structure.)Hosts replied very quickly when needed and were forgiving re: understanding local dump regulations. Perfect for a small family I think. Nice access to shower for older adults on main floor. We will be booking again! Thanks!Josh S.

The house is brand new, spotless, and awesome. It is well stocked and all of the home and kitchen items are new as well. The screened-in porch was perfect for hanging out and the view of the stars from the deck was spectacular. It is a perfect combo of being in the woods and at the lake at the same time. The short walk to the small beach is easy. The lake is crystal clear and amazing for swimming and boating.

Six of us stayed for a fall weekend getaway and the house was perfect for us! The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well-outfitted with cookware, utensils, etc. Much of our time was spent around the large dining table, but the living area was cozy and comfortable, especially with the gas fireplace. Beds were comfortable, with thoughtful touches like usb outlets near the bedside to plug your charging cords into. Lovely views of the trees and autumn leaves from almost every window. The weather was a little chilly during our visit, but we still got to enjoy being outside on the large deck during the day. The walk down to the lake was easy and beautiful at sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was super clean and cozy for a girls weekend. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our only wish was for a fire pit. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful new home on quiet, wooded setting near lake. All high end appliances and amenities. Perfect accommodations for our family group of 6 adults. Favorite spot was screened in porch. Lake access from boat launch/dock area has rocky lake bottom but nice raft for swimmers. Those looking for an outstanding sandy beach can grab their beach towels & head to Wellington State Park 7 miles away. Lots to see & do in area.

The perfect space for staying together as a family. Enough room to spread out if you need, between the two porches and few bedrooms. Great to have so many bathroom options to speed up getting ready. Very quiet area to enjoy the sounds of nature and relax. Well stocked kitchen and good appliances for cooking meals. Absolutely wanted for nothing while we were there. All the essentials are covered with this place so you can enjoy rain or shine at this cottage.
